Pineapple Dressing 🍍
3 to 4 slices of pineapple
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon scallions
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup of water
How to prepare:
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Tips: You can always add more water if you think the dressing is to thick

Molho De Abacaxi 🍍
3 a 4 fatias de abacaxi
Suco de 1/2 limão
2 colheres de sopa de maple Syrup ou mel
1/2 colher de chá de cúrcuma
1/4 colher de chá de pimenta preta ou a gosto
1 dente de alho
1 colher de sopa de cebolinha
Sal a gosto
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1/4 xícara de água
Como preparar:
Adicione todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata por 2 minutos.
Dicas: Você sempre pode adicionar mais água se achar que o molho está muito grosso
