What is the maximum range for the antenna?

Nice video!! Stunning landscapes! Can I ask you for advice on an antenna for the VTX as an alternative to the TrueRC that you recommend? (I'm using a 15cm iflight albatros v1)

What is the highest elevation mountain youve flown? Assuming youve flown above 2+km of elevation above sea level, what degree of performance loss have you observed? How do you account for this in your flight planning?

Love your content. For Black Vinyl Tabe check out 3M Scotch Super 88. Flexible in -20C, waterproof, super sticky. Its expensive but because its so good you dont have to put gobs of it on saving weight.

great video, sorry about your truck. I know it may not be your cup of tea but I'd love to see some "mid" range flights with smaller quads. Like most people I'm just not willing or able to risk a big 7-10" long range quad, but I enjoy taking my flywoo 4" out a mile or 2. A lot of the lessons you teach have transfered over well and I'm pretty sure your video on setting up switches and GPS rescue save me one quad! I'd buy a Falcon FPV 4" long range quad in a heart beat.

Hi, I used this battery for Walksnail and ended up burning out two modules after 30 seconds of flight, the second time also burned out the ESC and ESR capacitor legs. You seem to have used standard parts and everything works, in my case some disaster.....

The memories you are creating are priceless, not only do you record and fly great spots. But you have great company, I can see they often have a hand on your shoulder when your flying, I can see the calming effect this has. Great people, great times, great scenery. Are there LHCP version of it (for digital VTX)?

Does the amperage calibration stay fairly accurate for you between the different weights of the packs like going from a 1p to a 2p pack? I haven't tested this on my 7" because I only have built 2p packs and was considering building a couple 21700 1p packs for shorter range stuff. Just trying to compile some info before I buy any more batteries.

I've got the 21700's in the cart right now.. before I hit the buy button I thought I'd come and check you out first.. glad I did. I've already built one 18650 p28a 6s2p and a p26a 6s2p.. I think I'll go for a couple more of those instead of a 21700. Always love your videos brother!!!! Thanks so much for making them!!

You've been so inspirational to so many people, respect bro! You've helped me and got me into a 7". These are the motors I've been eyeballing for my rig. Because my stack will be 8s capable, i want to pick a motor that can handle that 8s. It will mostly be used for 6s, but down the road when i want to slap a 8s 7000mah lipo or li-on pack on, and go, i can. So i hope these motors are the one's. I've watched some Chris Rosser vids comparing the 2808's up to the cinelifters. It seems like the 1155kv 3008 is a good choice. Seems across the board effecient, and can handle 8s. Can't wait to get the electronics and gear this bad boy up! I know i thank you a lot, but what you've done to help me has already be above and beyond. Means I'll be visiting someday, and we shall mountain surf together my friend!

You're the best! One safety/procedural recommendation: solder the xt60 connector before attaching to your pack, or don't close the circuit on the pack until last (to reduce risk of shorts)

I put 2004 1750kv in mine and also use it with the 11 mini. Smooth flier and great flight time. I used the 5 blade d90 and like the sound and feel.

Flacon I need your guidance. I was flying 20km away on my wing. Using crossfire. Rx and tx have immortal Ts. I was stuck at 2 watt with both antennas vertical but once I move the tx from vertical to almost horizontal(nulls pointed to my chest and out in front of me. Tx power dropped to 250. This has me confused. I thought both antennas are best placed parallel to each other. Vertically. I wasn't very high. Around 150m 20k away since I was on a 10m hill flying over flat land. I'm so confused

Why 7.5 and not 8 incher?

i just ordered the frame and am picking out my parts for it now. I was hoping to use the new AOS supernova 2807 1400KV motors, but it seems like many are choosing 3008 motors instead. Do you think it would still do fine using regular 7inch motors like i mentioned? or could that cause efficiency issues maybe? also, i'm planning to use this as a build to chase cars, motorcross, etc, so it needs to be able to accelerate pretty quickly as opposed to focusing on longrange.
