Thanks for a very helpful video. I'm going to be making shades for our MH which is a 2015 Winnebago Via built on a Sprinter chassis. I'm not worried about being stealth and want to keep one shiny foil side for reflecting sun rays. I'm going to use aluminum tape for sealing the edges and aluminum tape will blend in with the Reflectix which will be visible from the exterior of the camper. I'll be using a fabric on the interior side of the shade. There seems to be some debate about fabric attached over thee Reflectix reducing the efficiency of the product, but if you want to be stealth, I can understand the need for black fabric. Since I'm only using fabric on the inside surface, I hope to have the fabric match or be compatible with the interior of our MH. But...very well done video series and the best series I've found for using Reflectix and a corrugated plastic core.

the edges build up with the layers of tape and cloth, but doesn't seem to be a problem. the curved gasket effect around the edge blocks light gaps

That was great. Just starting to looking into the electrical, having the same idea of adding a second battery AND the inverter, so HUGE Thanks! Just came from a video that added a gizmo between the two batteries that automatically isolates the second battery until restarting the car again. It's called "SI-ASR: Start Isolation Automatic Charging Relay from Blue Sea Systems" that's what was used in the other video. Hey bud your chain tensioner is on the wrong way partne, you need to flip it around to where the chain is going under not over like that cuz the top part of the chain already has rention from the motor gear..so there is one huge mistake I see.. I can send you a pic of mine and show you what I mean

Thanks for sharing but I’m having a heck of a time getting the glute to stick to either side of this fabric. It peels off once the sun heats it up. It peels off fabric to tape. Fabric to fabric. I’ve even tried gorilla glue and it peels off. Any advise?

If your brakes squeak you need to "toe" the front of your pads inward.

Do I need to use the material for the condensation? OR Can I just use black Coroplast on one side and reflectix on the other taped together with the 3M tape. Less insulating I know but I would like them thinner.

Aeent the finished 5 layer panels too heavy to stay up on windows

All the boxes in an ambulance like that are made out of aluminum .. there are some stainless pieces, mostly trims, but the boxes are not made out of stainless - you wouldn't e able to cut through stainless that easily, I just finished all this same work on mine. Those boxes are all welded to the framing members, which are also aluminum - the entire box is.

Can I do this to windshield and back window?

How much did the build cost approximately. I am pondering doing a similar build with an ambulance. I think your ambulance camper turned out great.
