Technical not 20, It paper 20th, remember 2006, were handed and basically all competition was elimated after by snatching up the best players from relegated teams and teams starting from minus the following season, win for 4 season and only manage to win one UCL. No one talks about it, but they were deep in the falcipoli which were caught, but then the case was too old.

They can only win by getting help from VAR, please see the stats from the beginning of the game. Mentally they got a boost from the beginning. They can not close when it counts. They are in big dept, and they are allowed to play. Technically this scudetto should be looked into, if they were allowed to play to start with

A guy with absolutely no top flight experience as either a manager, player or even assistant coach. Seems like a lack of ambition by the club but I since understand he is to be appointed as head coach not manager.. Micheal Edwards seems to be power crazy. Personally I don’t like the direction of travel.

High risk of the fans being "Brendan Rodgered" again with this one. FSG delighted in having garbage managers like Woy and Rodgers in charge. Because they expected nothing financially to rebuild LFC and would happily sell players to satisfy the Americans. Klopp was an overachiever with underfunding from the greedy Americans. Slot has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to prove himself LFC worthy. So this could get ugly very very quickly.

Changing the manager is certainly the easiest solution and the solution made previously under the Glazers because it was much cheaper than changing most of the squad. But it's also the wrong solution for sure this time around because Ten Hag has done well especially last season and as we've seen with Klopp and Arteta everybody needs to be patient during a rebuild. It takes many years to do a successful rebuild - especially when most of the players are injured most of the time and the reserves not good enough. United still need to win every game to satisfy most of the fans. If Ten Hag is fired the rebuild needs to almost start over and will take considerable longer. It will also bring United into another evil circle where a new manager at first will maybe be a success compared to the season before (Moyes was doomed to fail though following Ferguson) but the new manager will fail again because of the lack of patience from United fans not wanting to suffer sometimes during a rebuild. But the evidence is there - Liverpool and Arsenal have been patient (especially Arteta didn't do well in his first 2 seasons) and has ultimately been rewarded for their patience. So United including the fans should in my opinion be patient because I still believe Ten Hag is the right man for the rebuild. Ten Hag just needs more available players who can play the kind of football he wants to play which can be very entertaining and attacking. A big summer clearout is certainly needed and especially the defense needs to be strenghtened because we've seen how United can fall apart when Martinez, Varane and Shaw hasn't been there to steady the ship. My fear is though INEOS will sack Ten Hag because it's the easy solution but I really hope they won't no matter what! If things also go bad agasin next season I guess they have to though but as I said I don't think so.

No. Liverpool so close. Klopp made a massive mistake announcing his retirement. It’s not a retirement really as he is manoeuvring for a job elsewhere in 6 months time. You can put money on that. He should have kept it confidential as its destabilised the team. So close to winning the PL and a lesson for other managers.

Let's be honest, the 'big name' manager market is completely dead. The only possible way Liverpool could have went was trying to find the next big thing. All of the big names in the manager merry-go-round have all managed 4 or 5 top clubs with varied success. A Liverpool manager simply can't be one of them, it just wouldn't fit. We need new and exciting, not second hand goods. We need young hunger. Someone who's excited at the challenge with new ideas and passion for the job, not someone who has already managed big clubs and have a huge ego. Those egos just wouldn't fit. Liverpool nees a manager that becomes part of the family.

He is not what LFC needs at this time! He has a playing style that will expose the LFC already poor defence. If he can’t beat Mourinho’s team it just means he has no clue how to play against a low block side, a system played by lots of PL teams. He don’t need someone similar to Klopp. We need someone similar to Arteta or even Pep’s system. Strong defence and players stay in good form until the end of the season. We have players who can play these systems now. Slot is unfortunately destined to fail! Next year, this time we will still have bad defence, poor scoring and exhausted players! Terrible decision to have Slot!
