    Thank you for your great advice it did help me….just one thing I would like to add get some bean bags heat them in the microwave and warm the hips first before you do the exercises it works like a miracle!

      @@TomMorrison Would these exercises be okay for patellafemoral pain? I get pain after sitting down for long periods and also can kneel and bend my knees. My physio told me to do backwards lunges but even a few causes knee pain the day after!

      Never need to use them with people really, a lot of shoulder limitations come from the upper back so fixing that usually means the wall angel isn’t really an issue for people, nice if you like them tho 💪🏼

    Soooo the key is engaging the shins? I've been trying all this for years and still can't do it. I feel like there's an important puzzle piece these squat tutorials are missing. I just want to know what the cause is of my fall back? Heel flexibility maybe? Is it just not possible for some people? Any help would be appreciate

    What I find shocking is the amount of people who think cortisone injections are the answer. They basically mask your body’s way of telling you something isn’t right and you need to fix the mechanics of your shoulder. So a lot of people do this and carry on with bad habits and no strengthening and then they tear their rotator cuffs.

      Yeah, usually you’ll see people “get away with it” 2 times and on the third it barely lasts at all and the issue is way way worse because the cause was not addressed, it’s so strange it’s recommended so much
