Can't remember life before Tom's Yes/No routine 😊 #gamechanger ❤
love it!
Tom's emails always come at just the right time. My neck has been stiff for days now and this seems to have sorted it. Also had a lower back issue last year that had gone on for months and used one of Toms free programs. It was sorted in a couple of days. I couldnt believe it. I really do need to purchase something to show my gratitude. Very knowledgeable and knows how choose a good pair of jeans!
thank you!! So glad we're able to help!! Haha the jeans are the secret to my success 🤣
Me on the floor watching this with a foam roller on the back of my neck😅 perfect timing 😂
Oooh definitely check out some of our resistance bands stuff, shoulder dislocates are GOLD added to these!
This is the best and the fastest exercise for neck mobility I've seen so far. Do it for a couple of months now, and my neck appreciates it.
Great to hear! 💪🏼💪🏼
I thought to myself, another video of the same neck rotations… but this was so good, I really needed to see this technique. Thank you ☺️
Needed this as well
I've been doing this on my own except for the tilted yes/no! Now I have a name for it. 😊 It has really helped me keep my range of motion. Almost as good as Jenny's which is pretty good for a 69 year old woman with bone spurs, retro listhesis and inflammatory arthritis. Boy, that crackling gets loud sometimes.
brilliant! You're doing all the right stuff 😎
@@TomMorrison trying to Tom. Trying to.
I needed this
thank YOU again. this was timely.
You are so welcome 💪🏼💪🏼
This guy kmows his shit. Thanks for your expertise 👍
My back and neck thank you!
Thankyou so much! Have to share these with everyone, literally life changing for me!
great timing! **crack**
Hi Tom... I've come across videos online that say you shouldn't tuck the chin in if you got forward posture. Apparently, they say it makes it worse as the real culprit is the pelvis, rib cage position etc that causes fwd head movement. What say you? 🙂
Sounds like someone just trying to go against common sense if you ask me
Hey Tom, is this good for chronic cervical radiculopathy?
Can try in a reduced range for a few days and see how it affects you then gradually increase how far you go if it feels ok!
Nice and thank you. Would you still recommend this to someone with multiple bulging discs?
When trying this I feel an impingement type sensation on my left side.
Following
Same ☹ think it's to do with a tight left trapezius muscle?@@tinyjungle_
Would reduce the range a little and it will most likely feel easier to go further if you practice it like that for a few weeks
@@TomMorrison Thanks Tom 🤞
0:25 Yes : No : 0:32
How long until the crunchy feeling will lessen?
Few weeks, few months, everyone’s different really
5:00 if you have stenosis and disc bulges in cervical, is it safe to bring the head back so far?
Everyone's range of motion is different. You want a gentle stretch, not medieval torture. 😊 As you continue your practice your range will expand. Don't overdo it. As for the safety of it I would discuss that with your doctor or an exercise physiologist who has seen your x-rays.
yep, perfect answer! Couldn't agree more 💪🏻
Tom i saw you today on the lagan towpath at lisburn😂
Ack you should have said hello! I walk there every day 🙌
@@TomMorrison its a nice walk, we walked to the hilden brewery but its closed on a sunday🤔
💐🙏
These always help with a pain in the neck....😂
Was this helpfull: YES
Still have a nagging neck: NO
How long should we do this: your neck will tell ya
