Love the odd socks…lol
I liked this calm, serious style of videos much more, than when you're jumping around like on speed 😉
They’re to reel you in so we can teach you the good stuff 💪🏼
These stretches are what help clear up sciatic flare ups, great content 💪🏼
Totally yeah!! 💪🏼
Fab! Thanks Tom ❤
Thank you.
Thanks
That's exactly what I need right now. Thanks a lot !
Happy to help! 🙌💪🏼
Very nice, thanks for all your tips and guides. I enjoy your content always!
Thanks so much!!
Excellent video, thanks
You are welcome!
Thank you. I really enjoy your posts. As you said, I should do this daily and will try to.
Good habit to get in to!!
Do stuff like this Infront of the tv most nights.. great stuff
Love all of it!! Thank you so much! 90/90.. is my the Marilyn Monroe pose lol😂
Yes!! She was a mobility pioneer! 💪🏼
Great video
Thankyou!!
Thanks!
Thanks so much!!
Perfect idea. Just making a habit of it a few mins a day. Thank you! Helps me so much more thinking of it that way, rather than "having to do mobility/workout" Gamify it I guess! Thanks again! 🤙
Exactly! That’s the only way I stick to things weirdly! If I set it as a daily challenge
A++
i need to start doing this. just by watching i felt a relief in my back
Set a mini challenge to try 5-10 minutes every evening for 2 weeks, will be such a game changer
Hi Tom, I've been following you guys for a while now(great stuff btw 😊) and as a complete beginner to stretching, I found in this video that the leg both upper and lower muscles are insanely tight. Any idea how I can improve them? Maybe one day I won't be 2ft away from touching my toes 😂 thanks
Awesome getting started, it’s really just a “time in the game” thing, I would start doing our clockwork hips video every day and keep playing with these ones and you’ll find it starts to ease, might take a month or two to notice a big difference but you’ll get there! I was the exact same a few years back!
Struggle with all these kinds of movements since having pelvic girdle pain with my 2 babies. 6 months postpartum and still feels like my joints are too loose !
Would start with our clockwork hips drill first, easier to hold on to things and load gently
Hello Sir,
What are the rules about warming up? There is a lot of contradictory information on this.
Some trainers do warm up BEFORE stretching
and others 'tag' it on (almost as an after thought) at the end of a gym session.
For the majority of what we teach you’re trying to improve your “cold” mobility anyways so for the likes of these you’ll loosen up as you do them and you’ll get better at that the more you practice. Depends what you would be training really that would dictate what type of warm up you would need to do 😄
@@TomMorrison
I do a variety of training from calisthenics, martial arts and weight training.
The warm up is a weird thing, I mean
- how does one even know when they are actually warm enough!?
That aside, I will be trying from cold.
Thanks again.
I came here from TikTok & signing up to your emails. Can I do these with a lumbar fusion & hip psoas release?
Yes if it’s only a single level fusion you should be able to do these no different to anyone else really 💪🏼
4 level 🙁 but I did these last night going very slowly & no bending, I didn’t realise how much pain & tightness I was holding. Exercise just wasn’t targeting these muscles. Thank you so much, I will continue, going slow & upright. ♥️
Are these exercises suitable for sciatica?
Yes they may be super sore when you start in them but after a good 10 mins moving it’ll start to ease
Hey Tom! Personally I don't find a lack of exercises as a beginner but a lack of practical ways to stay consistent. The last time I stretched was 2 weeks ago and I'm afraid I'm in a slump
Set a daily challenge for 10 minutes every night before bed, aim to do it for 3 full months, printing a chart is always a good way to tick off 💪🏼
@@TomMorrisonI've been doing 10 minutes roughly a day and can confirm this works!
Great content as always, but also amazing sloth pillow =]
It’s Jenni’s 😄
When I sit on my knees with toes pointed out my right foot keeps cramping up?
Definitely a good one to keep practicing!
I have always struggled with the straddle and L site. I work on this daily without progress.
might be worth looking in a different place for the issue then! Have you ever tried testing your hip flexion? czcams.com/video/4pCy-BxTDnE/video.html
@@TomMorrison fantastic Tom. So kind of you to reply you are bang on and I will give it a go., because I failed that test as you expected. I am starting to get arthritis in my right hip and I would love to hear about recommendations about that.
Can't believe how much this hurts
