This is one of the reasons why I do mobility drills on my off days and before my first workout exercises. I've been lifting for than a decade without any kind of mobility drills and if I can go back in time, I would do mobility drills the same way as now. Great content as always!

How can I get motivated to exercise longer. Reaching 60 this year, so hard as frozen shoulder too. Love from Scotland x
Build little habits into your day like stretching on your stairs, doing a few lunges when waiting on the kettle etc, doesnât have to be hard exercise all the time
