    It's a fascinating idea to take up these weird, quirky positions from time to time. Everybody tells you how to move right, but not how to survive if you move wrong. I'll remember to include a little "quirk out" in my work out.

    OMG JP, those outside of the foot squats. My body doesn’t know what to do with that. Don’t get me wrong, I love to find a challenging movement! 🤩❤🎉

    The squat with the outside of your foot on the ground felt very helpful for my ankle that I got surgery on

    QUESTION: Are your heels touching, or do you still have tennis ball distance between feet when doing number three - the front of foot raises with feet turned out ? Thanks !

    Just got my foot out of a moon boot and into rehab/physio for an avulsion fracture on my ankle, this will help later! :D

    Thank you for your channel and being empathetic for patients who do rehabilitation.
    Sorry to repeatedly asking .. Can you suggest other than Yes/No moves on neck - for Shooting pain on Righ Cervical trapezius or shoulder junction and left mid back pain (rhomboid pain) which gives irregular move internally though all healthy from outside and MRI.
    Already following .. teacup , follow along videos of Jenny, Yes/No neck, towel moves, threaded moves etc from your content have been tried.
    Towel moves made cervical-trapezius really bad and got nerve pull on trapezius from neck right sideways. hence stopped it. even now right hand raise is painful on upper trap and atleast right hand raise was flexible before this.

    It appears you have a fairly large bunion on your right foot. Do you find the bunion limiting your ROM on the series you started at 3:45? Do you have any suggestions for those of us who have a problem with that distal metatarsal joint?

      it was actually a nasty broken toe that JP suffered which caused that bump!
      Gently working on toe range of motion, through toe spreading, flexing & extending the toes should really help 💪🏻

    Love your videos, but I’ve yet to see how to exercise the serratus muscle and stretch it directly. I see you mention stretching the lats and doing scapula rotations, but nothing directed towards the serratus anterior muscle.

      If you search Tom Morrison serratus I have one that addresses that directly, I’m very much about complete movement over one muscle or area focus
