Here's our two favourite pec accessory exercises, and all you need is a trusty resistance band!
We work both a short and longer range of motion which will keep your pecs happy forever more!
These are great to combine with Dumbbell Bench Press, Push Ups - or throw these in when you’re doing some sneaky band accessory work 💪🏻

That first one kills my anterior rotator cuff muscles, as do all shoulder internal rotation, unless I am extremely careful. 😣😢😩
you'd probably need to focus more on your back muscles than your front muscles for a while!
