    We work both a short and longer range of motion which will keep your pecs happy forever more!

    Hmmm tight right pec probably the cause of the impingement in my right shoulder. Thanks for these exercises. I will do them same day as SMM

    That first one kills my anterior rotator cuff muscles, as do all shoulder internal rotation, unless I am extremely careful. 😣😢😩

      you'd probably need to focus more on your back muscles than your front muscles for a while!
