    That was a good one for my stiff old body. Thank you. Love these videos with stretches I can do in a few minutes in front of TV etc. Makes it doable for me!

    Thank you so much, Jenny, for working also with sports-bananas like me. I‘m so happy to find those easy small workouts. It makes me feel „part of the game“, also because you are hosting this so nice. I never feel bad because I‘m so unfit. At this time I‘m simply repeating your January Program (which I bought - what a GREAT IDEA FROM ME!!) and I‘m really looking foreward continuing my little moving and sporting journey with you guys. It changes my mind and my body. Step by step. ❤

    Wonderful, thank you! I was wondering if you have any advice for someone who has always had one hip much tighter than the other, which can cause knee issues as I try to stretch it. I did just click on your short called "one leg shorter than the other?" (or something like that). I tried the door frame stretch and one side was very very tight (amazing stretch) and on the other side I couldn't feel any stretch at all - is this THE ANSWER!?? Finally!? I then did your routine for sorting out anterior pelvic tilt and it was the first time I could stretch the hip on my tight side, rather than my quads. Anything else I can do!? Thank you, thank you! You are both incredible. No one has ever been so enlightening and helpful. Ive done hours of yoga, seen chiropractors... and you guys outclass them all!

    What do tou do if you can’t sit cross-legged?? Or open legs real wide? Looks like such good stretches, but can’t begin to get in that position…😢😢

      Just sit on the couch or a chair and then bend and stretch as she does.

      Sitting on the sofa and doing your best to imitate the stretch is good. I can't do sitting on the floor unless there's serious assistance getting up. 😮🤔❤

    Another fantastoc video, thank you! One question about 90-90. When switching sides, should I make a conscious effort to get my knees as wide apart as possible for a brief moment (when they are facing the ceiling)? Hope that question makes sense 🙃

      Can do yes! Just makes it harder on the hips which is good to work on! If you’re having a day that you feel quite stiff then just a lazy 90/90 is totally ok! That’s what’s so great about it as a position, can scale it back based on how you feel 💪🏼
