As a young nurse with multiple herniated discs and degeneration in the hip joints I need a simple Mobility routine to stay moving and this looks like a great thing to do on Gym Rest Days or after Work

Thank U Jenny and Tom.. I have been watching many videos to resolve (obviously none of Orthos/Chiropractors/physios helped) the crunchy painful feel on Middle of left scapula (near rhomboid minor). I saw all the winged scapula though my scapula is not bulged out but i feel it got hurt during some small workout had been doing. With Lying on back and Left arm up and down makes Sound near rhomboid and body shakes when scapula abducts and reaches it. Had severe pain and i resolved 50% with some thoracic exercises but still wish to cure it comoletely. Being a desk job engineer, I had Right cervical-Trapezius junction impingment there. on touching it gets painful shooting shock. Trying all Band exercises but right hand mid back pain also develops after workout but shock pain on cervical-upper trap is 10% reduced. I do most of your movements already for neck and shoulders and thoracic area. Please suggest anything I can do here.. I believe I also deserve to move painfree and enjoy working out and taking my cat up painfree 😔 Thank You so much for reading and taking time to reply. May God bless you.

Thanks Tom… Yes except the one with single hand rotator cuff moves. I will definitely try that also and update.. Thanks for replying. Any suggestions for midback scapula out of position feel?
Update: Tried the entire video , Teacup one was the new to my shoulders and got left mid back and chest pain which was removed when i started rehab. Thanks in advance
