    Thanks for this video, man. I really needed to hear this. I've been training for a year now and been beating myself down by comparing my physique to others in the gym who are way more jacked. This made me impatient about getting similar results, since I'm training really hard for the past 3 months and consistent about my diet, wondering what I'm doing wrong because I'm not noticing any progress. This demotivates me but your video reminded me that I need to trust the process as a natty and most importantly only compare myself to myself instead of others who are 9 out of 10 be taking ped's to look the way they are.

    Yeah im walking about 1 hr and 20 mins a day and Im logging my steps. I've been making salads and use tuna as well as a lot of other vegetables. Using Italian dressing but I think I will get a big bag to put a little dressing in and then shake the bag. I don't like salmon but I've decided to put a little lemon juice concentrate and black pepper grinder and mix that up. In the morning I use spiru-tein with ice, blueberries, strawberries, a little dry oatmeal and 8 oz of milk. Weekends I walk about 2 hours a day.

      Could be holding water, try lowering deficit until it starts to go down by 200-300 calories at a time.

    That person who talked low metabolism. Long term dieters and some people with particular genetics find that if they need to eat less than other people to lose weight. And they are very hungry. Also "their experience is that the process does not work" even if they eat the right things. And folk just do not believe them. They assume they are cheating or not trying hard enough. And it is hard to keep going when you dont get the results. All that deprivation, suffering and struggle for what? Almost nothing. And it is even harder the next time they try.. This drug silences the hunger so you can more rigidly follow your eating plan with out considering chewing the kitchen bench or being completely unable to concentrate or function. It also seems to make calorie restriction more effective. Maybe because blood glucose is lower. It is not that their willpower is weaker than yours. It may be much stronger. Different people experience calorie restriction very differently.

    I walk 20 minutes in the morning after starting the coffee machine, 20 minutes after lunch and 20 minutes after dinner. It's quite effortless, enjoyable and I find no excuses not to do it. It keeps me active throughout the whole day and I get an hour of walking in. Every 3rd day I weight train at the gym.

    very interesting. one thing i would have love to hear and also see is the after challenge results. Of course shredding and getting in such a shape is impressive but often we neglect the after challenge, once the goal is reach. it is so easy to put back the wight and then all of a suddent we realise after 2 months or so that we are almost back to square 1....... i may be wrong but by looking at his face on the screen ( more round, good cheeks) i have the feeling that this is what happened to him. hopefully I am wrong. anyway, congrats again 👍

    I lost about 22kg in about 5-6 weeks from fasting and exercise, I drank water and mineral water all the time and had vitamins daily. I did 4 and 5 days fasts and even a 7 day fast. And only ate soups and nuts and fruit. I walked for an hour each day Mon to Friday after work and then walked 2-3 times on weekend days and wore a sweater or jacket when I walked to sweat more. If you cut out sugar, carbs and stop drinking alcohol and get good sleep you can loose it quickly, my life changed I saved money, my clothes were to big so have to wear smaller sizes, my skin got better and hygiene, women were looking at me more. I'm planning to loose another 5-6kg then start lifting weights and skipping soon to sculp muscle.

    Damn... I've got thrombotic legs, with neuropathic nerve damage... I was really hoping you weren't going to say... walking.😭 Got an umbilical hernia doing rip sit ups (I guess that's why it's called 'ripped') & the belly just grew exponentially from there. And I had such a nice 6-pack before the hernia.😭 Been slowly losing a bit since doing the intermittent 1 meal a day thing. But belly is the last to go... or at least the last to 'show'.

    That’s bull. I burn way more than 150 calories for my 1 and half hr weight training. So way more than 5% is exercise.

    From 2000-2020 Obesity in the US increased a whopping 20% of the population. Literally a 100% increase in obesity (20% moving to 40% of population of US obese). You know what didn’t change? Calorie consumption. The calorie model fails spectacularly to explain this. What changed? Seed oil consumption increased. Seed oils have a direct correlation with obesity. And not only this, they have a direct correlation with heart disease. Seed oils are physically damaging your arteries. They are actually harmful. They have trace amounts of trans fats which were supposedly “banned”. One day people will review the evidence and see that obesity rates skyrocketed as soon as seed oil consumption rates skyrocketed. This has nothing to do with “calories”. Some foods are actively harmful along with negligible or harmful nutritional benefit.
