When I first started watching your channel, I did notice that there was no pimping of other products during the videos. Nothing before during or after. I totally respect that and appreciate that. There are so many people that pimp products to make a buck. I don’t really see anything wrong with that but it’s refreshing that there is a channel like yours giving information and not selling other products.

Getting the Creatine and the Hard Core One month into a 4 month weight loss. So far down from 186 to 178. Hey paul great content very helpful I lost 6 pounds in the past 4 weeks using tips from your videos. On monday i got the flu and started feeling weak at work stayed home tuesday went back yesterday and today but gained 3 pounds. I was snaking more because i felt like i needed energy and had a few energy drinks to make it thru the day. Any advice on a bounce back from sickness or injury. Thabks
These are my 3 fat-burning supplements:
1. Ruck sack.
2. Walking shoes.

Most "fat-burning" pills are really just expensive caffeine pills. You can just drink coffee or caffeinated diet soda for significantly less money.

Wondering if any of these products are contraindicated for menopause or when taking HRT?
I couldnt digest whey so I used a lactase suppliment with it for a week and a half and i was able to digest it fine after that, that was 12 years ago.
What do you think about Yohimbine HCI, Ashwagandha, and Apple Cider Vinegar? These are 3 essentials for me while I’m cutting just wondering your opinions? And how far into a cut do you recommend the “core hard”? Is it bad to reduce estrogen in males as we get leaner? So many questions lol

Does Core Hard induce sleep? I work 24 hour shifts at a fire station and have to get up some nights. Don’t need to be groggy any more than I have too.

For Core poise, is there any benefit for ladies who do not get their cycle any more? Any supplement for ladies in Menopause?
What about ashwaghanda? I'm taking 1200 mg per day and it has ksm 66 too. I'm taking it for about 3 months now but I'm not feeling any less stressed and my sleep is still horrible.

Taking this in a fat loss phase for me is non-negotiable. I like to cycle it even at maintenance though it seems to help me with sleep and mood regardless.

@ColinDeWaay I was waiting for you to show up in the video in the protein segment to say "the thermic effect of food" haha I guess I need to try Core Hard at some point. Most sleep supplements are too strong for me. I've taken chamomile occasionally and it helps without the groggy feeling in the morning. I only take 1/2 the suggested amount when I do.
@@TVResults it’s not technically a sleep supplement it’s primary job is to keep cortisol levels down. I just find it helps me. Especially when getting really lean in the later stages. Highly recommend especially knowing where you are in your cut.

What happens if you have intestinal issues and you can only digest max 160g of protein a day ? More fat or more carbs?
I need a protein powder that mixes and tastes good mixed with water. I typically use almond milk but there are times when just using water would be easier.
any of the core proteins does that, the whey is smoother and has a better taste but the Vegan has a bit of grit but I love the taste and now I crave it. I only mix it with water and ice each morning.
I take like 10-12 grams of creatine a day i feel amazing and am very strong but the problem is im getting abit puffy and soft looking. Does creatine has some part in it or its just body fat?

@@LucyFre it’ll give you a very slight amount of water weight, but it doesn’t ‘bulk’ you up and many many shredded people are on creatine daily. Most informed fitness influencers will advocate creatine whether you’re cutting or bulking. Even Paul said yes to creatine in his comment above.

How often do you go back and forth with your body composition? Do you have a baseline that you're happy at and maintain. Are there seasons where you consciously are aware that you'll be putting body fat on vs conscious decision to lose fat?
Every few years I get shredded and compete. The rest of the time I maintain around 220-225lbs. My training is consistent, gym 5 days per week year round to build and improve. For stage I get down to 195lbs and usually win, i have won overall titles in Bodybuilding, Mens' Physique and Classic Physique. My goal when not competing is to optimize my body to build muscle while also feeling confident in my skin, which cna be a moving target.

I was always told that creatine wasn't good for women, it would store water and keep you blowed
stores fluid in the muscle, absolutely fantastic for women.
It's not just for muscle either! There's so much benefit to taking creatine.

Yes we have a product called Core Load which uses this, but we focus on this for eating more and staying lean, helping process carbohydrates.

🤔... I'm not into supplements, I prefer to reach my daily macros every day with real food 🤷🏻♀️ food that I can chew 😅
certainly a great choice, i have tried it many ways and I just love my shake every morning.
i dont have much social life. So im always spending my time watching youtube and movies at home, rather than sitting downon my ass - now i watch them while walking incline on a threadmill and the weight is coming off and in terms of diet, i can eat a bit more now and not so strict due to the cardio im doing.
