  • Building the back can be a bit tricky. First you can't watch the back when you train so you must learn to feel the muscles, and the back is also very dynamic. You will require quite a few different angles to train each muscle effectively.
    This is the best science based back workout using movements that target all key muscles of the back.

    My back training philosophy has been consistent for a while which you can see with these 4 key movements.
    I usually train the back with these variations.
    Vertical Pull, wide grip
    Horizontal Row, Narrow grip
    Vertical Pull, Narrow grip
    Horizontal Row Wide Grip (Upper Back)
    I also usually include a pullover but not on this day.
    For the days i am using the Push Pull Legs I will also add in a few sets of biceps to complete the pull day.

    I go to EoS too, and have been pleasantly surprised at the fact that even during peak hours, it isn't too long of a wait. Totally depends on location I guess, because in UT in a college town I had to go at 3am if I wanted it empty, but where I'm at in AZ is actually pretty busy at 3am because of the blue collar crowd. Cool to see people getting it in whenever they can💪Going to try doing my weak side first next time, thanks for the helpful video!

    Is that EoS fitness? IF so, much nicer than the one I go to which is crowded, smaller and they are in the midst of removing the pool (lifeguards are now mandated).

    I like the mixup more workout focused rather than diet focused. I’d like to see a pros and cons video on the different mainstream public gyms like Planet Fitness, Crunch etc

    What’s a typical rep range for a fellow person in their late 40’s?

    • @PaulRevelia
      @PaulRevelia  Před měsícem +1

      i will do two days a week with reps in the 5-8 range, my power day, then 3 days per week in the 12-15 range or higher for lower body or my higher rep hypertrophy days. I train each body part twice per week.

    Paul, I went to sign up for your no cost consultation 5 different times. My photos won't up-load and therefore I can't submit the sign-up form. What else can I do to get in touch with someone? This is extremely frustrating! Thanks, Cynthia
