The Philippines has continued to exercise restraint in the face of Chinese aggression in the South China Sea / West Philippines Sea. The USA has even offered help if the Philippines activates the Mutual Defense Treaty. To date, the Philippines has refused to activate the Mutual Defense Treaty and has maintained peace in the regions.
Despite tensions between China and the Philippines, the Chinese Coast Guard did assist in the rescue of two stranded Filipino fishermen. The fishermen's boat exploded in the West Philippines Sea. At first, the Chinese Coast Guard blockaded Philippines Coast Guard rescue efforts but eventually assisted in the rescue.

Each branch of the service will always have one - and only one - E10. He is the highest enlisted person in that branch and is the official liaison for the enlisted. His office is at the Pentagon. In the Navy he's called "Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy", or MCPON for short. The other services have their own names.

The Bible uses Jews, Hebrews, and Isrealites. All three have specific definitions of use.
