The three marks on the popular energy drink are supposed to be claw marks from the monster. However, each claw mark strangely resembles the Hebrew vav, which represents the number 6. So three of them together makes 666, correct. Wrong!!!!
First, the number is six hundred and sixty six, not six six six. Monster would need to use four Hebrew letters to write the number of the beast, namely, tav-resh-samekh-vav, which is 400+200+60+6. So this alone blows this idea to shreds.
So why does it look like a series of vav's? The little bump over at the top of each claw mark is to pull the letter M for Monster into the logo.
Additionally, the number 666 as the number of the beast was originally written in Greek not Hebrew.
