The USA is in hot water with the Philippines. The Philippines says the USA exercised an anti Chinese made COVID vaccines propaganda campaign. This campaign initiated under Donald Trump and ended Joe Biden with the ending of the pandemic. The US Government stands accused of using Military Intelligence resources to execute the propaganda campaign in the Philippines and other developing countries around the world.
