Why Does God Allow Suffering?

Why Is There Suffering If GOD Exists and HE Is All Powerful, All Knowing, and Good?
GOD tells us in Scripture: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
We do not live in such a world. Such a world would need to be 100% true Christians who pray without ceasing and focus on GOD. Then GOD would hear us and heal us.
Since we do not live in such a world, GOD does not hear the World. Since the World rejects GOD, GOD in turn rejects the World. That is, GOD is withdrawn form the world except in one place. That one place is in the hearts of the true Christians.
Essentially the World bullies GOD. It belittles HIM. Would you seclude yourself from those who hate you? Since you would avoid those who hate you, why should you be mad at GOD for withdrawing from the World that hates HIM?
Since GOD is mostly withdrawn from this World, you are seeing a prequel to Hell. Hell is worse than this World because God will be fully withdrawn from Hell. Eternal tournament awaits those in Hell because then they will realize how much they need GOD but will no longer have a means to seek GOD.
GOD's presence in this world is in the hearts of the true Christians. Unfortunately so few who claim to be Christian are actually Christian.
Childhood cancers are not the result of an uncaring and unloving GOD. It is the result of a broken land; broken by sinful people who reject GOD, bully GOD, hate GOD, and ultimately prefer the broken world that allows Childhood cancers over the Creator GOD that can and would heal the World if the people would just turn to HIM.

Nobody suffered more than Jesus, because anyone else who have already been dead before he got to the cross, by the beating that he took.
So a servant can't be greater than his master.
It is written, after you have suffered awhile, I'll perfect,establish, strengthen and settle you.
It is written, no suffering is to be compared to the glory that will be upon us.
Those who suffer with me will reign with me.
