You can still delete the fuel injection on the twin cams.. the Swedish chopper builders have been using the twin cam and transmission in their builds for years now.. I know the first few years of twin cam it's easily done just like with a evo. Buddy has a 03 road king that he got rid of all the crap off of.

I don't worry about safety, if the good lord decides that my time here has come to an end while I'm riding, I would feel blessed. It's better than going out while doing nothing or something you don't enjoy doing.

windshield plastic never never use anything but cotton or microfiber to clean a windshield. Paper towels, scratch the hell out of plexiglass and Lexan. when you cut through plexiglass, or Lexan, put masking tape on both sides, and cut through the masking tape.. I worked with plexiglass and Lexan. They come from the factory with tape on them. We always cut through the tape/paper that comes on the plexiglass from the factory before removing it… just be sure not to leave the masking tape on there longer than necessary, because if it gets wet, you have to blast to get it off sometimes.. to get a glass clear, kerf edge. We would polish the edge that was cut by saw with very low flame pressure hydrogen. That is called flame polishing. You must use hydrogen because it is pure, and will not turn black as you polish the edge with the very low flame. That melts the sharp edges of the cut just long enough that when it cools within a few seconds, it cools crystal clear. The flame pressure is so low, it’s almost like a big lighter but you must use hydrogen. You can buy it in small, propane, tank, size containers. I have been telling people in my videos on CZcams that you cannot put a radial load on a ball bearing.. that’s what blows wheel bearings.. I don’t buy new bikes myself. I’ve only bought two new bikes since 1968. The many many dozens of bikes I’ve had since I’ve all been unmolested, on modified stock machines. I learned decades ago that the factory knows more than I do… I never turn on the radio on my five big touring bikes I’ve had over the decades they came with radios. On my 86 Yamaha, Venture, the radio could be pulled out with the ignition key. When I went to sell the bike 16 years later, I had to hunt for the radio. When I sold my Goldwing in 2021, I did not know how to operate the radio to show the new buyer how it worked… I was surprised to see how much wiring there was for the rear speakers on your new to you machne.. A very successful Formula One car builder years ago, commented that he added lightness to his Formula one race cars.. that’sone of his most famous quotes.. i’m pretty sure that was Graham Chapman, the English Formula One car guru from the past.. you being a celebrity, makes your motorcycle a collectors item. I think you are correct, you should auction it… looking forward to seeing all your videos, as usual. Thanks

You are so correct about these carbs just jet it and maybe shim the needle turn the screw 2 1/2 to 3 turns out from stop and go ride, 48 pilot, 180 main is just right, don’t drill the slide or cut the spring,just ride, great video, I’m a retired Harley mechanic and there’s information about what happens when you drill the slide and or cut the spring don’t do it,thanks for the video

Gotta be kind of tough to sideline the mule, lots of memories and the custom lettering, my buddy put 280,000 miles on a pan, it broke down but never left him stranded, ive always had older bikes but bought a low mile twinkie, should have researched more on how many problems they had and the stock suspension still sucks, congrats on finding a cherry replacement

20w50 castor motor oil changes every 5 to 6 thousand miles , Penzoil 80w90 gear oil for the drive train noted, but Automatic transmission oil in where? Cant quite catch that one

Fear of the unknown. I dont have it. Living one year now in a far away place and different culture with not much skill of the language. The fear I see is all from the ones I left behind. They are trapped in the fear and try to dump it upon me whenever we have contact. I pity them, teapped by fear of the unknown, never knowing but the small isolated world they have sparingly assigned themself. Im at peace in the unknown. Its not a scary place. Like Scotty has described, peace and friends can be found anywhere one wants. Home is wherever you are at the time.

Great documentary. Bikers all across the country should create campsites for other traveling bikers. Place to rest, eat, sleep, take shower, do loudly, work on their bikes and make real friends that are like minded and live to ride free. Adult males life is pretty lonely. Something like traveling bikers camp across the country would be so nice 👍
