- My book “Josie’s Journey” is a not a motorcycle book, but rather a spiritual tale told in the story of one man’s journey to freedom. However, Josie’s is not a flowery yarn, nor does it venture anywhere near the sterile cleanness or deep phycological thought of many spiritual books:

Zelle. A Canadian couple (who recently canned their PP) turned me on to this one. Supposed to be super easy and uses no middleman. It’s in the app store. You just need my email: scottykerekes88@gmail.com

Really liking this long series format. I know you get bored with them, but I love how they just kind of meander.
Old Harley Mechanics will always tell you to wait. Shovel head was smoking when first started up. Bugged me. Mechanic said, Most shovels smoke when cold. He was right. It’s still running. Good video Scotty. Ride safe.
Nice ✌️
Good people and great weather, what more can a man ask for lol👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Love all your videos. 🇨🇦
Hey Scotty! Thanks for sharing your adventure with us! Blessings my brother👊
Really enjoyed this episode. This whole series has been such a good idea.
That was a good video, Scotty. I like it when you talk to locals like Phil Littlefeather. You have a great weekend and a happy Easter.
Love it!! Peace out.....
Man, there are supposed to be two giant hatches of them cicadas this year. One group has been in the ground for 13 years and the other one has been underground for 17 years. That is really wild to me. It's gonna be some loud nights in them areas. There's also supposed to be a total solar eclipse this year. That will be wild to have all them bugs thinking it's nighttime, come out and make all that racket, then when the sun comes back out, they will go back to sleep.
Enjoying this series buddy. Hoping to get back out there again this year
Little Thunder seems like a Kool cat
Where is that campground? I cross the Rosebud every year enroute to Sturgis. I’d love to be able to stay there.
Love these video’s
Another great vid. Love it!
Real cool vid man
Enjoyed the video!
Great action I Love the videos .
Cool video. 😎👍
Finally taking my 34 hour reset break here in Burbank Ohio, set no alarms and woke up natty and feeling good. Made some coffee in my aero press and remembered you just put this one out, good start to the day man. About to wander around see if the local dollar store is open cause my cats could use some litter, furry overlords you know man lol. Your videos give me something to look forward to once I’m done doing this over the road crap, love trucking but a fair bit less these days ain’t got no boss looking over my shoulder but am just tired. Reminded me of the saying in that movie the good the bad and the ugly man….if you work for a living, then why do you kill yourself working?
Im tired of traveling hard too. Comes with time and age. Thats why i stay places for extended periods anymore.
Do you ever carry a baby powder container of sulfur to keep the chiggers, ticks and fleas away from your camp. I have always used sulfur to keep the bugs from biting me. You can go to the mom-and-pop feed stores too buy it by the pound. You put it on the ground before you pitch your tent.
First ive heard of that one.
Great video man, cant wait for the next one!
Good one
Lovin the series. Waiting for Pt. 8
Cool video, looking forward to part 8.
Appreciate ya
I love the back roads of the Dakotas
Very cool trip. Looks like you were having a good time.
Hi scotty, great video louie up here in idaho.
I like how you talk culture with folks, really enjoyed this. Keep the rubber side down.
Always an Escape for me when watching your video's. Hope you are well🤙
Great shit man I can't wait for another video to come out keep on keepin on my brother
Love your videos. That old Carburetor video you did long ago, I’ve never heard the principle of carburetors explained so well. Once heard the tunnel with a hole in it, and wind blowing through it, the wind in tunnel creating vacuum, then it totally made sense to me.
Old Jack? Do you mean old John like John Hoy from RPM Cycles in National City? Old dude who knew all there was to Harleys. Good to see you old friend. Stay safe & if you come back to the States, I’m in Oklahoma. Ride & be safe brother. ❤❤
No. This Jack worked at West Coast HD Pete.
Nice, I may check out the Res this year???
I always run my Harley at least a quart low, that way I get no oil in my air filter
I can’t wait to return to Sturgis this year. Will be across the creek camping of course. See ya there
Hi Scotty!
Love this series!
I hope one day i can ride to Sturgis too!
Take care! ~ Hardy MAAS from Hungary
Mt last names Kerekes. Sound familiar?
Nice video brother Scotty see ya on the road soon
Ok. Better not let me down!
🤘😎🤘
Good video man. I'll check out that campground. I'm gonna have to bring the Harley in my little toy hauler this year since the back surgery..
Helps a LOT to fix the stock suspension. Expensive though but dromatically better. I have degenerative disk disease. I like Legonds shocks (lifetime warentee) and Progressive cartridges in the front.
@scootertrampscotty I've got a 09 Road King and switched the rear shocks to the legends a few years ago and it helped. I'm not sure if you're going to Sturgis this year but I'll follow to see if your attending. Safe travels
It’s probably the cam chain tensioner on Johns bike because It’s a Twinkie wide glide, s&s offers great replacement options.
It was the compinsator
Hes got gear drive valves.
Delores Taylor is from the Rosebud
Do i know her?
This is the 17 year cicada blowout if I’m not mistaken. I didn’t know they had them in Mexico though.
That was South Dakota
Another cool video....will you be at Sturgis this year ?
Probably. See u there?
Hell’s Kitchen, nyc, Scotty, who’s your NY friend said living here in the city? Thinking about Sturgist again this year, early and out.
John. Hes not there at the moment. Hes living with a Mexican girl.
Maybe see u there.
Какой горелкой вы пользуетесь для приготовления еды?
Munch on those cicadas, they taste like shrimp 😂. When cicadas where birds all attack them and let the caterpillars alone so you usually have heaps of caterpillar eating all the plants up on cicada emerging years.
Hello Scotty! Can you tell us something about your nutrition on the road? Do you prefer to cook or eat some in roadside restaurants or f..ckdonalds?
Ever fast food. Delis, some cold saddlebag food, and resturants.
Scotty we got to figure you out a mic!
U cant even plug one into this damn camera
does it have bluetooth?@@scootertrampscotty
@@travlite8496
Im sure it does
Btw Scottie what kinda bike would you recommend to someone wanting to do what you do man? Always wondered that, something easily maintained and repaired and reliable for the long haul. EVO bikes I hear are good and believe you run one with an EVO engine too, I appreciate it if you get around to responding man I’m looking for a bike already man because I’m sick of not having one. Been years.
Evos are the simplest bikes of their kind ever built. This only matters if u do your own mechanical work. If u dont then performance on the newer bikes is considerably better. Or, get a cheap low milage jap bike and ride it till 70 or 80k miles then get another. For normal use any bike u like is ok. Out here and in constant use though they all break pretty often. So id say either one u can fix or one u can trade in before high mileage.
Mine has valve chatter.
Evo? If so i probably know why.
Its the 103 supposedly all of them have that problem. They sell a kit to fix it. @@scootertrampscotty

Its only noise
Good old Indiana screw 🤣
?
@@scootertrampscotty If you would of picked up that screw in your tire in Ohio it would be GOOD OLD OHIO SCREW!😂
Can you mention how / why you quit drinking? Always wondered
Im an alcoholic.
@@scootertrampscotty what age did you quit

I’m guessing you have zero urge to do any work or need to on the road ?…cool you have a trade though and could make some good coin if you needed…..
They say it takes around 3-4 months once you stop work to start to fall into new routine …i’d take a good guess from being away for longish periods that’s correct….
A person needs to keep themselves busy though right ? 🙂👊🏻
I have seen a lot of board retired folks at times. But yes, it does seem to take quite a while for guys to actually get the rat race out of their heads and slow down. Drives me crazy to watch. These vids usually take me 2 to 5 days to make, so thats not very retired. I worked considerably less when i used to work rallies.
@@scootertrampscottyyou stopped working the rallies. I didn't know that
@@ridethestorm6690
Well, i am getting a little old for that. Besides, 20 years of that stuff was enough. Hope i can stay stopped.
