- After nearly a year of watching this channel grow from behind a screen and reading as thousands of incredible comments have popped up, I’ve decided to answer the most popular questions about my cross country trip in front of the camera. I never wanted to be nor have I ever imagined myself as a CZcamsr. But the amount of positivity that this channel has been a platform for is something I think I’d like to explore and encourage. And if I can convince one more person to knock down their personal walls, then the embarrassment of talking to a camera would be worth it.

your cross country roadtrip really helped me go through a tough situation, I was facing, it was a beautiful and inspiring distraction, I’m only 19, and I can’t even ride a bike, but hopefully someday I’ll be getting my own motorcycle, and doing my own cross country roadtrip, so thank you, for being a great inspiration.

The videos were poetic...nature,man,bike all in tandem. This will make me dust up my old yamaha fz16 just for the love of it.
When I decided that I was buying my first motorcycle, I started looking for inspiring travel videos. I found your movie, which I have watched several times. On Wednesday I'm going on my first trip to the mountains. Hope I can make something as fun as a movie from your trip. :-)

great footage, great editing, great music choices.. really well done. Love seeing people doing cross country on “around town” bikes, although a Harley guy myself, a lot of people seem to think you need a 900 pound touring/bagger to do the country.
Super helpful! Im leaving Sunday for a 5000 mile ride to yellowstone and the grand canyon and packing up my bike today. Im glad you're going to continue vlogging man, youre videos inspired me to gopro my trip.

Why is India not in full lockdown?
@@fasthracing There are particular states which are facing the worst of Covid, they are in lockdown. As for the other states, they are not allowing entry for people from the "infected states" just yet and are functioning with manageable covid conditions.

I think you’re editing and choice of music was spot on. There’s another guy I follow on here, Classic rides, Matt, who does films on his bonneville in England, I think you’d enjoy them. You both have the knack of making us forget what else is going on in the world and being in the moment, thank you. ✌️
Even as an avid motorcycle adventurer/travel rider, with dozens of big and small trips under my belt, your series was inspiring. It got me thru a tough year and a half without any travel, motorcycle or otherwise. And while i understand the western construct of 'travel for leisure' is incredibly self indulgent by a global perspective, time away on a motorcycle in the wild places of the world is truly good for my mental health. Thanks for keeping that alive just when it was needed.

What a great story. Thank you for sharing it. I quit my job in 1986 and rode cross country for 3 months. 13,000 miles. Giant counterclockwise loop starting from DC on a 1984 Moto Guzzi V65SP. Your videos bring back so many memories, I am so grateful for that. I turn 62 next week and hope after I retire to do it again, maybe not so much camping LOL and on an 850 Guzzi not 650. Cheers!

I'm from Cambodia I've been driving across the country with group of our bois bikers. We journey, we camping, hiking. For all of you, travel before you run out of time. Love your video
Great video/music blend. Put Ireland on your bucket list; you'll be glad you did. We rode the whole way round last summer, stopping constantly, and still managed to circumnavigate it in less than three weeks.
As a biker, your sense of adventure is something i aspire to have. me personally i often feel fear when thinking like "what do i do" in certain situations, like I'm not a mechanic what if i break down. I have been telling my family I need to do something ill always remember.
For your own sake, Just do it!!!

Hi Jake, can´t see any reason for embarrassment. Very authentic. Stay that way. And once you get used to seeing and hearing yourself on the video I could see a new career starting for you.
As far as "planing the trips" is concerned : You already mentioned it, - you wished you had had more time. So, to all of you out there who plan a Bike Trip: don´t make the classic mistake and go easy on the miles/day! Depending what is there to visit and see along the road I find 200 miles /320 km already more than enough. Of course, if you travel on a German Highway to get to some place (and depending on the bike you ride) 600 miles is also possible. But if you are cruising twisties in the Alps - take your time!

The Abolition of Man...one of the great ones. I certainly appreciate your everyman approach. Reminds me a bit of Austin Vince, no pretension. These adventures are available to many, many people, not just those with 25k bikes, 1200.00 riding gear and camping gear made from moon rocks. Keep on.

Good video!! When I am traveling on a motorcycle, I prefer to ride by myself. I find that people we speak to me when I am alone vs when I am with someone. So my trips by myself are always full of stories of meeting strangers.

The most therapeutic and spiritually renewing thing I've ever done was my "nearly" 8000 mile motorcycle trip. I highly recommend it. I believe that it's the oneness with the elements that is what gave me back my soul.

As an old biker on my 56th year of road riding, (started at 15 years old) it's great to see a young fellow like you taking the time to enjoy this great sport of motorcycle riding. I still ride almost everyday with 30 + day long trips through this wonderful country in the summers. I did wonder just how long that switch would last with all those extra keys dangling from it, never a good thing to do. I enjoyed every minute of these 4 videos, thank you!!!

I'm sure it was a surprise to see your videos take off and to suddenly get so many subscribers! I think at the time I was researching Triumph Bonnevilles and CZcams suggested your video to me. I loved watching them and the music was amazing. I think I should curate a playlist for when I'm out riding. I also liked that you did the trip on a bike that most people wouldn't consider doing it on. Your videos have definetely planted the seed of planning a big trip with my bike. Safe travels!
