- My book “Josie’s Journey” is a not a motorcycle book, but rather a spiritual tale told in the story of one man’s journey to freedom. However, Josie’s is not a flowery yarn, nor does it venture anywhere near the sterile cleanness or deep phycological thought of many spiritual books:

I’ve been a truck driver for a long time, mainly doing it to support and raise my kids. These days I’m hating it wanting free, ages ago I discovered that I’m a nomadic at heart I can’t stand not having freedom, the sheep around me trying to make me fit in…it’ll never work I can’t deal with any of it. I wear a mask and do what I have to for now, get along to get along and take care of my kids. The day will come when they’re grown, and dad is going to answer the call in his soul. I usually watch your stuff silently while on the road admiring and dreaming, I’m gonna be into my 50s by the time I’m able to go and do what I feel. Keep on keeping on my friend, I for one can’t wait to get the hell away from all of this societal mess and out there.
Damn! Imagine how much money was left behind at that water park
Man, when this place was up and running, it had to be a ball being a kid at a place like this! What fun!
That's a cool spot scotty
Great place to camp , just close your house door for the night ! Thanks for the videos Scotty !
Nice trip. Thank you for the tour brother.
Great video Scotty can you imagine what that place was like when it was booming? Man you have really changed my opinion on Mexico all I ever saw or heard was bad. I guess everywhere has its good and bad. You take care and stay safe.
Thanks for the tour
Great video and beautiful scenery. I just heard about your channel after discovering saddle tramps channel. Looking forward to watching your videos. Safe travels Scotty.
Scotty, I loved it when you were talking to the bats. Life is a trip. Keep the rubber side down!
Your videos never disappoint
The first thing was a lazy river. The yellow thing was called the toilet bowl. Lol. They have one like it at the water park by me.
Very cool
you new batman wow.
not afraid of cartels or bats. much respect
that was far out wit the bats.
Yup....everyone left and walked north.
All burned up from climate change. 😂
I seriously doubt that LeAnn. Its best not to believe a single word the mainstream media says these days.
@@scootertrampscottyAgreed
Must have been a great place at one time
I was waiting for you to go down one of those slides lol. Amazing find. Would have made a nights stay if needed. Be safe traveling buddy.
Cool place thousands of families had the times of there life there and they will probably remember it for years love these old place you visit
Bats are awesome.
Awesome man
Great video.
COOLNESS
Thank you 👍
Thank you for showing the video I always enjoys the show .
Cool place
That was fucking cool thanks for taking us along.
Walley World 👍😀
Wow, this place is really something..
The park tour sent my thoughts wandering and wondering about past civilizations in the Americas and how they too reached a pinnacle of stability, population, and commerce. Then for some reason slowly over many years or centuries, declined in wealth, and commerce, fell apart, began to disintegrate, and disappear into the overgrowth as the Jungle once again claimed ownership of the land. Just coffee lol
Kinda seems like its happening to us
@@scootertrampscotty Yep, Like a car purposely being driven over a cliff.
Good job geezer 🥓🏍️🏕️
Probably lots of fun had in that old water park.
very good video waiting for the next one
Next Saturday!

Must of been a fun place. My grandkids would of loved it.

I thought that would be a dream campsite for you, Scotty :)
Scooter Tramp Geezer with another walk around,Always enjoy these type videos.Let's us see things most will never get a chance to experience.
An incredible place to stumble upon Scotty, made me wonder what is is about these places that we find so fascinating?
The mystery!
First time I've seen twisted tree columns like that. Holding that roof up.
That’s pretty trippy I wonder how long it has been closed, and when it open, it was quite a large place, unknown questions, travel well, Godspeed
The mystery is always the fun part.
One of your best, Scotty! I love all your exploring videos of old abandoned buildings and facilities! 500 steps into your hill climb and you look up to see an old rusted platform and,… “Holy Fuck! Is that fuckin’ thing gonna even hold me!” 😂 you’re the best man - hope to see you at Sturgis! 🛵
See u there
Cool place to explore. Wonder whats up with the chairs in the pools...your breathing sounds like mine i know the struggle man . Thanks for the videos i have learned alot . Im just thankful i can still ride
Hey Brother, good vid! I live in old Mex for 18 years. That’s a typical capo money launder joint, till they pissed the powers that be off of met the grim reaper. Them places are all over in that turd hole.
Ah ,ha ,sounds like u may be on money 💰 😅
Scotty; haha ran over by a bat!!!!haha Very interesting video. That place took alot of design and money to build. Too bad not still used. Alot of kids had lots of fun there. Weather warming up here. Sure glad. Had cabin fever for too long. Be safe!!!!!!!!!! God Bless safe ridin rubber down
I hate cabin fever!
wonder why a place that cool would close,i mean it's not in the US lol
I'm thinking the same
When he showed what looked like a well, the first thought came to my mind was that might have fed the water.
Maybe the well dried up & couldn't maintain the huge volume of water needed.
Cartels, and you're right, it's not the US, lol
Trying to figure the mystery is always the fun part
Kitty pool funny stuff Scotty .....Kitty acted shitty cause the pool ran dry🤣
Not a bad spot to setup camp
Scotty, your graffiti message that you read in Gainseville that you mentioned below reminds me of the only thing I ever read in a bathroom stall that I thought was clever enough that I had just HAD to remember and to write the same thing myself. I had to go take a crap at work and was near the john near the machine shop. While I was sitting there doing my business, I noticed something written really, REALLY small at the very bottom of the door. It was so tiny that you really couldn't read it, but you could ALMOST read it. So I leaned way forward, strained my eyes, and then I could read it... "You Are Now Sh!tting at a 45 Degree Angle"... I wrote that on the very bottom of bathroom doors all across the wide world after that!! It "crack"ed me up!
Now thats funny
❤
Man that was probably a nice place when you & I were about 30 years old.
Surprised you didn't run across bigfoot in that place ,damn!! Bet it was a blast back in its day.
That yellow top thing treats the people like a big turd in a flushing toilet! I tried that type slide deal ONCE... And I found out the hard way that WHEN,... not IF... you lose the little mat that you lay down on, the friction of going round and round that yellow top thing will pull out half your chest hair, the hair off your back and shoulders, and generally make you cuss like a sailor and swear to NEVER get inside that thing again!
Hello Scotty
Hey back Theisshimer
Wonder if Pablo Escobar built that place for the people? Good stuff man!
Nice video! You ever come through delta Colorado hit me up ul ride with ya
Won't be any mosquitos!
✌😎✌
What a cool place now the kids don't have nothing to do😢
Oh, down here they still play in the streets, the dirt, ride bikes, etc and they do it constantly. Just not enough cell phones and X-Boxes around i guess.
Tragic loss for someone
Scotty did you tell us where this was at? or did I miss it. See you in Sturgis?
I always forget exactly where these places are. But it was just north of Manzania. Sorry.
Be careful around bats. They carry rabies and about all they need to do is scratch you and you're fucked unless you get that series of shots. Nice view from the top of the slide platform. Interesting find for sure.
I was wondering how many times somebody gave ya a hard time about setting up camp somewhere
Not many
Couple of things I noticed about the general construction of the property. The nosing on the steps were completely intact but the steps themselves were deteriorating, also the concrete filled post for railing were too far apart to protect children from passing through and falling. Finally get the hell away from those bats. Later my friend.
Didnt bother me a bit. But then, ive never been able to get a grip on the "be safe, be scared" thing. Thats actually a new idea. Never had it when i was a young man. Media made. Started in the late 90s or early 2000s i think.
@@scootertrampscotty My comments were not directed at you except for the bats. As a construction superintendent for a number of years with a number of projects still intact after 50 years I was curious as to the construction methods used and the lack of building codes. Also the "be safe, be scared" started just after Adam and Eve. Sorry to bust your bubble, my friend.
@@everettcalhoun8197
Nothings up to code here. I dont see any kind of code at all. Just do whatever u want with your own property. I worked a stupidly dangerous job for the majority of my youth. Never heard "be safe" - ever! In fact there was dromatically more so-called danger and no real talk about it. Made me able to live far more fully. My simple point is that the media has been spreading tremendous amounts of fear for some time now because people in fear will give up freedoms for presumed safety. But if we are aware of what theyre doing and how deeply it affects us then we dont have to do it. Thats all.
@@everettcalhoun8197
No worries Everett 😊
Someone lost a lot of money
Reminds me of jurassic park kinda shit
Can’t be a Water Park without H2O

It doesn't look that old , ps , thought your were going to go down a slide 🤪
A waterpark is a dubious pleasure to feel like a piece of shit in a sewer pipe, hehe :)
That was cool as hell. I'm surprised it was closed down. Wonder what story was.
I always wonder what the history is on all the abandoned places you show.
Especially the homes that look like they just left one day and never came back.
So sad at times.
👍❤️✌️🇺🇸🙏🛵
The mystery is always the fun part
Anyone else see that bat with the Pfizer tattoo on it attack and bite Scotty on the head. 😱🤧 It's been nice knowing you Scotty
☠️😫😅 What a cool water park that must have been. Thanks for another awesome video. 🛵💨👍
There is no way I would be tresspassing in Mexico, the cartels are crazy, I would never cross the border
Joe spent last winter in the Philippines and just got back to the states. He told me that Americans are afraid of everything, and hes right. We werent like that when i was a young man. The entire "be safe" idea was media made propaganda. I watched it happen. People who are afraid will give up freedoms for safety. This is why, its the only reason, its been done. Im not trying to be a dick here, just pointing out some very important food for thought.
Also, ive been riding into Mexico for 25 years and aint dead yet. The mainstream media does nothing but lie. Its a big mistake to believe anything they say. That my friend is a suckers game.
