western truck and tractor repair
United States
Registrace 10. 06. 2015
I started doing this because I have used youtube many times in the past to figure a problem out or fix something I had never worked on before. I work on a wide variety of equipment from small to large ag tractors , diesel pickups, logging equipment , and welding and fabrication. Hopefully I can help someone out like lots of people have helped me in the past.
Another busy day!
Showing you a few service calls I had today. John Deere 210Le injection pump swap, 1095 wheel seal and changing a shaft and orbital moto out on a twin star hay rake.

Hey Warren, how do you totally keep from dehydrating out there at 100° heat with coveralls on and I realize you have to wear that stuff that’s gotta be tough
Thanks for sharing partner I sure hope all is going well on your end! Sorry I haven’t watched in awhile but I’m so busy I haven’t had a chance to catch up. You take care of yourself bud and as always please reach out if you need anything take care now!👍
I have the best conversations with myself as well.
I really enjoy your videos 😊
👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Gotta love those Lucas girling rear brakes. Yikes!
God bless you know who. What courage and defiance. Prayers to the other victims and families
@AreaDieselService
@@Cadwgan_Sare Yeah, let's send a simple injection pump that I can rebuild myself in a day half way across the United States And wait 2 weeks for them to rebuild it at 3 times the cost and send it back half way across the country, makes a lot of sense.
It will come out in time it was the demo-rats that put hit out for trump
Thanks for posting the video.
There was a day when hayrakes were ground driven, very simple and would last forever
You got it! Also @AreaDieselService
Hi Warren. Could you help me? I want to know which port is “torque converter In” pressure port, on ITL ( JCB) SS600, Synchroshift. Can’t find that information in any manuals. But they do list what that pressure should be at certain RPM and certain temperature. And also where is TQ pressure regulator ( not pressure relief, I know where that is). Thanks
At about 14.45 , give it a bit more choke and she'll start.
That’s for the video. Good hard working man, appreciated in our current society
Thanks for the video Warren. I was watching one of your older videos and you brought up about Roy D. Mersser .... i damn near split a gut. i used to listen to him as well, he was just epic. " i'll come down there and kick your ass by god" lol!!
Another Great Video, Warren. Definitely a variety of equipment to get fixed. Sometimes it nice having little jobs you can get fixed quickly, instead of long jobs that take days or weeks to finish up.
Got er done! X 3!!!
Warren wins again.
Thank you, Warren, for another great video. I look forward to watching them.
Most of time they wanted yesterday.
I know you were frustrated, but I darn near fell out of my chair laughing when you pulled out and swung the big sledge!
It's time to get momma and the dogs and go check out another mine
100F full coveralls and in the sun, that would probably kill me. Great work
Action pack video
Thanks for sharing 👍
Why don't some of these farmers fix there own stuff?? Unless it is something internal inside of a tractor i will always fix it myself vs just making the next guy deal with it.
Pretty clueless to lump all farmers together in one sentence. Lots of farmers fix their own equipment. Obviously, you aren't a farmer. I'm not anymore either but i grew up on one. My Dad and i tore a tractor apart to replace a bearing in the transmission and fixed lots of other equipment if needed. Judging by the amount of work Warren does for one, that's a pretty big operation. "making the next guy deal with it" Warren is being paid to fix it, not made!
@@KStewart-th4sk I guess the 2,000 cows I feed/milk a day don’t count.. huh?? These guys don’t run 1/2 the operation me and my dad and our employees do.
Hey Warren, pretty brutal day out when it’s a 100 degrees out. To bad they can’t find a shady spot for you to work under. Great job getting the farmers back to work though. I’m sure they don’t think so but you should be their hero!! Thanks much for a great video. Stay cool my friend.
Hey warren if I watch every commercial will that make your more money? Just curious..
Title of this vide should be "How a horse beat you dead"
Hello Warren how are you. Is that a roing up machine. It seems to be a complicated Affair. Not like the old machines that you just dragged along. And were simple. We are like you. We repair farmers junk.
Farmers "junk" is pretty expensive to buy new. That cost isn't like the old days either.
@@KStewart-th4sk know. We realize that. Farmers in the UK don't always have the money to lash out on new gear. This is why we call it junk.
The video looks nice and clear. Did you get a new camera?
I really appreciate your videos I've said this before looking at the amount of workload that you take on. It's inspiring makes me feel better about I have my little too Bay automotive shop backed up with trucks and cars. When I look at your shop It's inspiring To see the amount the work you take on and get done you are a true red white and blue. Hard-working son of a gun thank you. This world needs more people like you.
I think I have that same impact hammer mine's just a rebranded matco but looks identical. thing is a absolute animal.
Nice work Warren as usual
Most tractors have a clutch safety switch. Oliver had a switch in the transmission and wouldn't start if you had it in gear.
Man I would rather watch one of your CZcams videos than 99.9% of the crap they grunt out on Network/Cable/Streaming these days!
I haven't turned the shit box on in 8 months
Yes, brainless halfwits like on The View, Housewives of...,.. or a whole lot of other complete shit shows. Lots of it on YT too though.
Nice fart man , deep tone to it
Yes, it was a good one.
i remember WAYBACK , prob when you were near tadpole , AC we left shaft in gear and had room to slide pump off , that was easy . a trial to slide over seals and into slot , but careful slow work , i dont think i rolled any cup seal once mounted . of course rolled one or 2 before , and changed , got it mounted . back when pumpes were slotted and gear/shafts were keyed
Warren Awesome video, don't know how your able to work as hard as you do during this heat wave in PNW. But as always your work ethic is beyond reproach. Aloha.................
Ajax wedge, best tools ever made ❤
hydrostat lawn boys aint never had to push in the clutch to start
Yabadabadooo..
Great work as always Warren 🦘
At 48.30 i was just thinking your gonna need a bigger hammer, and what happens exactly that. Great job Warren
Great video Warren really enjoy watching you work on these service calls. Thanks for sharing stay safe Warren.
Thanks for your time and consideration Warren very much appreciated top job regards from England 🇬🇧🇺🇲
Nice work with that BFH Warren. Always a fun watch
Great job Warren . 👍👍👍👍
thks Warren, at least not freezing cold.
Looks like that engine room taught you how to take the heat. You are well acclimated Sir'...Thank you for your service!
