You need to train those dogs up Warren to be your tech assistant. I used to have a Border Collie he would pass me spanners, run to the parts shop, make the tea, everything..I lost him 6 years ago 😢 miss him everyday.
I owe Warren an apology. Last 4th or thereabouts he said the country was too far gone it wasn't worth fighting for. Peeved me badly, but he served and I never did. Glad to see he got this running, I have no idea what those people out there would do without him, and they'll find out, but hopefully much later than anytime soon. Happy 4th!
Those genesis series tractors are nice tractors. Simple power shift, cables from levers to hydraulic valves. Some of the parts are getting hard to find and pricey. Our 8870 has almost 17000 hours on it

Hey Warren, on my Bobcat skid steer I had a issue where it would stall intermittently when it was hot. Let it cool down a little and shed go again. Turns out it was a bullet connector on the ignition wire that apparently would get hot, expand and loose connection. Tightened that up and we're good to go. Sometimes you chase your tail and it something simple! Thanks

No Wonder farmers in my part of the country (North East)are clinging to old school tractors (pre 2000's) as the new tractors they have put out since are electronic POS! Yeah one guy I know he is still using his grandfathers Farmall M's and H's and even a couple of 14's that are almost 100 years old yet still going strong!

I would get so aggravated dealing with the plastic b.s., the mechanic evidently was the last person taken into consideration when they were designing and building this crap, it's a good thing you are a contortionist lol. Always appreciate your extensive knowledge of machinery of all types. Have a good one.👍
Warren you need a spray can of deoxit d5 to spray on those bad connectors. I been using it for a while and it cuts out the recalls for same issues. I tighten terminals spray it problem solved. Thanks for the video!
Hot weather is haying time and certainly no days off. I should know since i grew up on the farm. When all the other kids were looking forward to summer, no school, i knew where i would be----on the tractor. No cab or air conditioning back then either. I laughed reading a while back. I guess when cabs were first offered, farmers considered anyone wanting one "not very manly" so to speak and didn't want them. I am sure that's not the word they used!!! So, if they are working, Warren will be too. Only time a farmer might have a break is if it's raining. Then he will be cursing and hoping his hay doesn't spoil in the windrow, if continuous rain goes on too long.
If only you could get a youngster that appreciated your vast knowledge with respect for you. Then you would have help and your wonderful knowledge could be passed on.

( a mate of Abom79 who showed me the great love of machining metal, down in Pensacola). Keep going doers because we get that our hands were put there for making the World for our family’s . when i am by myself i use a backup alarm when you have power you hear it beep

Don’t need to push the clutch pedal to start a Genesis. I run two of them. Best tractors ever built.

That stuff is magic in a can. I saw a mechanic years ago say that he prolonged a lot of older vehicles using that stuff.

Muriatic acid works great to clean electrical connections & connectors. Apply with 'Q' tips, rinse with water, lube with 'Fluid Film'.

That cummins you ran the overhead in the last video, do you have any insight on what went wrong. I have one that did the same thing after a overhaul
The rocker arm came out of adjustment and it knocked off one of the valve bridges on the exhaust side.
