No it shouldn't. Dura-LIFT pumps pull vertically buddy. Do some damn research

Rule of thumb is each stick should equal out to roughly 8”-10” of weld depending on material and amperage

It will fit any welder with threaded lugs!

What ever wire controles marker and tail lamps head lights and location of any grounds

No stolen cats there that was a muffler and exhaust shop and more than half our business was referrals from other shops for cat replacements

It weighs just over 500 pounds it could be don’t but your suspension won’t like it too much but run what you have until you get something better

Yea it’s normally due to age of the connector or too much load on the circuit, mine failed due to cracking over time and they connection was arcing out.

Is this connectors being burnt out a likely cause for battery drain when headlights on? It os like the alternator is not connected to the battery when the lights are on. Something is killing the battery when the headlights are on. Alternator is working fine. Might have a belt issue. Maybe a bit loose but seems tight. So i guess belt is tight. Idk just cant figure what is killing my battery when i am driving with the lights on

@constancegreiner906 more than likely the alternator isn’t producing enough voltage with the lights on and engine running to keep the batteries charged

To the best of my knowledge it has not. Truck drives great though I don’t drive it much anymore. Mostly only when I need to pull something heavy, I mostly run a trailer welding rig now and pull it with my explorer most of the time, but sometimes use old blue for something’s.

It did a few thing it increased overall reliability because after having 3 mechanical pumps fail(original and 2 aftermarket ones) I went to the electric pump. It was a more consistent flow rate and pressure instead of fluctuating with the rpm, but most importantly it allowed an ease of getting air out of the fuel system

Yea shortly after I did the follow up video they removed them from the market if only I had known that before hand I would have gone with a different one, though typically all of the Chinese cut 50 plasma cutters are the same this one just seemed to have the highest level of fit and finish that I saw

Yes and no to stabilize a arc on aluminum you will need HF and AC current on the machine.

That’s a great question you can but you won’t be doing any code work on aluminum running off the ranger itself you can do dc aluminum but because it won’t have the cleaning action of AC it will not be pretty and can have some structural problems aswell as needing lots more clean up. If you want to do aluminum off of a ranger the best option it to run a smaller ac tig welder off the ranger or to get a spool gun setup for the ranger and spool gun the aluminum

6010 is better than 6011, 6011, is a similar rod to 6010 but designed to run on machines incapable of running 6010
