They need a new better social hub. similar to steam. make profiles, add friends, chat with them, create party groups and voice chat, invite to games, share pictures and stuff WITHIN the switch. no stupid phone apps

An LCD screen seems ridiculous when the screen colors might look significantly worse than the oled switch. I haven’t bought an oled switch and I wish the next gen would have it available day 1, I hate having to buy 2 system per generation and I generally don’t. If it’s LCD then I am not playing portably at all once again which is a shame cause that’s the gimmick of the switch that I never use because of how ugly it looks portable

im just gonna predict this: the new buttom below the home button is a quick resume button. if we actually end up with super fast storage, quick resume (like xbox) only makes sense

they need to make Wii U pro controller supported because that was say better than Switch Pro controller

If the Switch 2 does get backwards compatibility for the current Switch’s games I wish they would come with performance and 60 FPS patches so we can run games like BOTW better for example

The idea of the manufactures touching the system but not seeing it just so goofy to me and cracks me up I don't know why. I can just imagine them getting behind a cloaked box of sorts with hand sized holes on either side style and like awkwardly feeling and getting an idea of what it looks and feels like. I don't think its true because like... its stupid. But I desperately want it to be real.

There is no way that any kind of joycons will attach with JUST magnets. Magnets + some kind of extra locking systen for added stability/rigidity, maybe..

Anything that can prevent input delays should be great. Backwards play should also be done.

Backward compatibility alone will help boost sales. Players who already have Switch will no doubt feel more confident to get Switch 2, especially if the launch doesn't include many exciting titles. They can just re-experience the Switch games in new res. 😅 Also, I think you pronounced it Pee-yo-roe (Japanese style), and not Pie-yo-roe.

The switch came out Q1 2017 because Nintendo was dying. I have a hard time believing switch 2 will miss Christmas 2024, they're not gonna turn down a holiday launch that's an instant sell out
