- Pokemon Legends: Z-A is the brand new Pokemon game coming to Nintendo Switch in 2025! With the setting of Lumiose City within the Kalos region of Gen 6, much is still unknown about this game. While the wait for official news in a Pokemon Presents may be a while away a new leak / rumor may provide us with an idea for what the premise of Pokemon Legends ZA could be like and a similarity to Pokemon X and Y's legendaries. I think that this is just a funny coincidense. Those 5 Pokemon that you mentioned are litterally just the Lumina (or "boss") 'mon for each stage of the Snap Switch game. The mural/carving is a retelling of how Xerneas brought these 5 Lumina 'mon together to protect the "region" where they all live.
I would love to get ports of the gen 6 games to the eshop before legends ZA comes out. Maybe they could do something like Pokemon: The Blue Collection and Pokemon: The Red Collection which would bundle Pokemon X and Alpha Sapphire into one collection and bundle Pokemon Y and Omega Ruby into another collection and release those physically

I hope they continue the trend in ZA I don’t want megas being an excuse to not add permanent evolutions to weaker pokemon.
Man I would KILL for Heliolisk to get one. It's such an awkward looking 'final evolution' at this point. I would swap its normal typing for dragon for its 3rd evo. Not expecting too much though.
On top of that, I'd be most excited to see Sunflora, Chimecho, Ledian, and Crawdaunt to evolve further.

I think those five pokemon would be the Nobles, but I bet it's a futuristic genetic engineering weapon experiments that went wrong, like a Mewtwo thing. Maybe they're even trying to change the timeline to prevent disaster

I think it makes more sense that Yveltal isn’t depicted in that mural. Xerneas is obviously associated with life and protection, and Yveltal with death and destruction. Perhaps the Meteorites are connected to Yveltal. I don’t know why this would be the case, as Yveltal has never been linked to meteors previously, but the havoc they could cause-and the number of lives such an event jeopardizes-I think it holds some weight. Zygarde then comes into the story, seeing one or both Pokémon as threats to the ecosystem.
Maybe we have to gather enough Zygarde cells to fuse a Power Construct one as a last defense to protect Lumiose, before some prophecy comes to pass?

You didn't have to make this video because this game is made by a completely different studio that is not GameFreak so it's not like there's any connections between New Pokemon Snap and Legends ZA. Light was proven wrong before so why believe this?

I wonder if you play as a pokemon... well we got the quasi style of that in the dlc in blueberry academy. Also im taking my assumption from the perspective that we can see where pikachu is running in the trailer. My thoughts is like you have different pokemon you can choose to be level up and evolve get items in the water as a pokemon, or walk around lumiose as a pokemon. Cause some people were saying how small the game could be. (This is coming from the pokepark/new pokemon snap stuff).

Those are like the “Boss” pokemon in new pokemon snap. I highly doubt that they would reuse the same pokemon as the “boss” Pokemon in ZA.
The Pokemon depicted (Meganium, Milotic, Wishiwashi, Volcarona, Steelix) are the Lumina Pokemon in NPS, which are like a “boss”. Xerneas is like the final boss of the game, being at the center of the Lumina Pokemon. Lental is its own self-contained region not related to Kalos.
The likelihood that any of this will tie into ZA is slim to none and why would we want it to be? It would mean we’re paying for a game that is basically ripping off the plot of another game that came out 4 years prior and presenting it as new. Boring.

i already know that is is gonna be one of the "worst" pokemon games there are because peoples expectations are way too high. im excited for it but i cant say that im hopeful.

It’s true though, people should lower their expectations because the game might not be as crazy as everyone thinks. We don’t even have gameplay. Just a logo and a basic idea of what it’s about.
I do hope it redeems kalos though.

Since these are old ruins as stated in the description i think it could actually be something related to Z-A since its a game that plays itself in the past before the timeline that the X and Y games are played in so i think since this is an occurrence that plays itself in a timeline before the games of X and Y it might just relate to the story of Z-A and we could possibly see a Mega Steelix X and Mega Steelix Y just like what mewtwo has you never know truly but thats all just a theory a ga-
