      It’s the act of the raise that activates the lateral head not carrying at your sides so get lighter weight 10lbs is usually a good weight to start at.

    i do them a little higher up, so i can cheat on the last 2 reps if nescesarry, still my arms is 3 times bigger then yours. its always the little guys telling the big guys how to do this and that. worlds strongest biceps curl was dont by ct fletcher, he cheating all the time. use a heavy weight guys, its ok to cheat as long as it isnt to much
