    I messed up my elbow (tennis elbow) and haven’t been able to do dumbbell curls for 4 weeks. These exercises don’t irritate it at all! Thank you!!!

      aylmao it actually helped develop my muscles with an addition of consuming muscle milk & only drinking water. It also helped build my chest muscles. With me i struggle to build muscle but i do the curls for 5 minutes per arm for one hour almost every day

    ima start doing these with pull ups, 100 push ups and 100 sit ups. 4 times a week until 2020. if i get any improvements ill update you guys and continue to do them if it works.

    Trying this because of Corona Quarantine, works well if you do about 6-8 sets with 30 seconds rest in between each. Cheers man, great help.

      OMG A IPHONE Don’t bend your wrist too much, try keeping the back of your hand and arm parallel. Remember that your arms are doing the lifting and not the hand/wrist.

      Depends on how much you push yourself. I dont actually know because if you have better genes you build muscle faster then people who have worse muscle developing Genes. Just always give yourself a days rest between certain muscle region workouts (such as one day doing chest exercises and the next doing ab so you give your chest a break) and just dont give up. If you stop any time because you dont see results you will never see results. Hope this helped and good luck!

      @@noname-xf9kh you could also try doing curls with backpacks full of books. I normally use them for press ups but dont see why they wouldn't work for these.

      You can definitely tone up you biceps and add a bit of mass to them if you haven't trained them but if you want to put some serious mass then you need to use weights or do calisthenics

      It's for home use, during travel or until you get access to a gym/weights.
      Surely not a stand-alone exercise for the long-term.
      I don't wanna see how your legs look like after doing this exclusively.

      Do not do this everyday, you want to recover and rest, I would suggest you watch Athleanx he can teach you all sorts of things. This video is basically inspired of his video. Also I have not tried this.

    My doorways can't hold me 😭 ( sadly not too fat or heavy yet, just poor doorway design and cheap landlord )
    Try the doorway curls and rotate your upper body from parallel, when extended bicep, to perpendicular, when contracted bicep, to the doorframe. Packs a bigger punch and wider range of motion in my personal experience
