Are these exercises still useful? For beginners, absolutely yes! However, speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still no where close to training with real weights.

@@fantastic_beast6809 i did this exercise on the weekdays and on weekends i took rest also i only repeated the whole set 2 times if you do 3 or 4 times you can do it earlier and get better

@@fantastic_beast6809 i recommend you that when you have your breakfast after 1 hour eat something to get calories constantly and then have your lunch and before having evening breakfast again eat something then have your dinner
this way you can get constant energy which will eventually heal your muscle fibres(which makes them grow in size) or if your busy then take heavy amount of food in morning and afternoon

Great education! I am already doing something similar, will try to improve my little workout at home for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on Next Level Diet. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 2750kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier...
3500 calories a day is a lot for a 45 min work out

anyone , these exercises don’t work , yeah you’ll see minimal gains but you won’t get a nice summer chest or anything , all these videos are all bullshit and that’s from experience, go over to Chris hería and learn how to actually get a good chest doing different sort of push ups and other exercises.

Jordan, I have been easing into some of your recommendation. They are somewhat difficult, but are achievable. I am in the process of changing my diet. I am deleting beer, potato chips, pop, pineapple upside down cake with home made whipping cream, little things like that. I watched your diet video and hung my head in shame. I'm not in too bad of shape and workout three days per week for eighty minutes. I have worked out off and on for fifty years. Sometime more off than on. I joined a local , gym two years ago, and have been working out regularly. I have integrated some of your concepts and feel as though I am improving. My two main areas of concern are my upper chest and stomach. I hope to see more improvement by my eighty-fifth birthday , this July. Thanks for all your mentoring and encouragement. Keep up the great work.

Is this effective? Cuz I heard that if you do more reps, muscles grow faster
@@AverageSaneHuman yes but it all depends on how many u can do it lets say your max rep is 25 with me i would start with max reps then by set i would go -5 so yeah and it is effective but dont force yourself

2:07 Decline Push Up ---------------- 20 reps
2:48 Reverse Grip Push Up -------- 20 reps
3:55 Underhand Front Raise ------ 10 reps with each arm

This is the ideal body i want....not like a gym freak body but this much is enough and it's fitness at its best
Check out Stipke. His body is awesome but he does calisthenics(weighted calisthenics also).No Gym no steroids.
what you are thinking about is definitely steroids. You can go to the gym and get a non freak body, when people juice and go past their body's natural potential thats when you look like a freak toe. hit the gym! :)
