    Or, just grab the remote, order pizza and watch this video...consistency is the key, I've watched this every day for months and many many pizzas......I barely have the motivation to slumber over to the shitter between takes...consistency

    That's a fairly lousy progression IMO. There's no progressive exercises to specifically target the required core strength. You'd probably want to start by performing the leg movement laying on the ground.
    Also the move "holding yourself in a ball" is actually called a tucked front lever.

      Wrong. Doing it on the ground won't help at all. It's completely different forces on your legs/abs.

      I know how this before and still had the video . Its different in the ground and doesn't hurt one bit
