Cooking With Ji: Episode 1 - Venison Kebabs On Rice With A Kumara Soup, a Great Post Workout Meal

  • Hey Ji Time Fam,
    Today, we are in the Kitchen for the first episode of Cooking With Ji! Gonna show you a delicious and quick meal that you can cook at home for after your workouts. A lot of people have been asking me for nutrition advice so hopefully these videos give you an insight into what I am eating.
    We will be cooking Venison Kebabs On Rice With A Kumara Soup today and it will only take about 20 minutes for preparation time!
    List of ingredients here:
    Venison Mince - 500g
    Kumera soup stock - kaipara kumara soup 250g
    Mixed frozen vegetables 400g
    2 bags of 250g coconut rice
    Cumin powder - 1 tsp.
    Black pepper - pinch
    Asian five spice - 1 tbsp.
    Sesame oil - dash
    Basil paste - 1 tsp.
    Soy sauce - dash
    Brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
    Chilli pepper - 1 tsp.
    Charcoal salt - pinch
    Table salt - 1 tsp.
    Coconut flour - 50grams
    Cooking oil - 1 tbsp.
