Home Tricep Workout - No Equipment | Tricep Exercises at Home Without Weights

    In today's video I will be showing you a home tricep workout which requires no equipment or weights. You can do this tricep workout at home and you will only need a chair. 4 tricep exercises which can be done at home and these 4 tricep exercises make up 1 round.     I just did need as soon as I'm leaving this comment I just finished doing the triceps what you did when I finish the whole set I'll always take a 10 second rest my triceps are burning I feel it

    Awesome stuff man, I been watching you for months ,glad to see a recent vid..I also eat that Greek yogurt , great for shakes, and they also brought out a x 2 Greek protein, the coconuts very nice, any way keep up the good work
