😂 but the problem is sometimes that you are ashamed to tell your mom that you want to diet .. and when she makes you a perfect dessert .. you should eat it because otherwise you will "hurt" your mom (and she says "I made this dessert only for you" ....) *this happened to me*

Day 1: I could definitely feel the burn! The fire hydrant pulses are KILLING me
Day 2: My thighs were sore but I pushed through! I notice the gap between them is getting bigger.
Day 3: Pushed through! The exercises are getting slightly easier.
Day 4: Did it! My thighs feel stronger but sore.
Day 5: Pushed through! I can't believe it's already day 5!
Day 6: Done! The exercises are significantly easier, I'm so happy!
Day 7: Finished! It's already been a week since I started! For now, I don't see much difference, but it's probably since I'm only half way.
Day 8: Did it! The workout is so easy and my thighs are getting smaller.
Day 9: Finished! Workout is getting fun ngl.
Day 10: I was so tired but pushed through!
Day 15: I'M SO SORRY I completely forgot to update for the past few days!
Rating/ Results: Overall, I would rate this workout a 9/10. While it did make me build muscle and get a bigger thigh gap, my thighs were SO sore everyday and it's not quite the best feeling. I would recommend take a day off each week. To anyone who is just starting their journey, remember, no pain no gain! I believe in you x I would also like to thank Emi!! Your workouts are so effective.

☆ Ive been doing this exercise and her 20 day one, so i figured id update on this vid too!
☆ [19/2/24] So I'll jus say my goal here, bc this is what I want to achieve! So in school, we're going to have a rowing event, on the river near my town for a P.E event and I rlly want to get my thighs slim enough so my shorts won't go riding up my thighs (if u get what I mean). Also I just want to be able to feel confident with my body because its rlly competitive at school and all! By the time I've updated this comment, I'll have around 5 weeks left until the event! (there was originally 7 when i started) which will be around a month if I do my Sunday rest thing.
☆ Day 1 | 5/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! My god i was dying at the last two
☆ Day 2 | 6/2/24: ✅️✅️ my legs are aching from yesterday omg, done! I finally did the sumo squats straight, but i died like a second later
☆ Day 3 | 7/2/24: ✅️✅️ I couldn't walk today LMAO done! Still struggled with the last 3 excercises lol
☆ Day 4 | 8/2/24: ✅️✅️ I didn't collapse onto the floor at the end!! Done!
☆ Day 5 | 9/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I feel that the excercises are beginning to get easier! Only a lil bit tho! I still died at the squats

☆ Day 8 | 13/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I feel like the sumo squats are beginning to get easier for me, my legs aren't shaking as much as they used to. Also I've noticed a very small difference in my legs which gives me such a confidence boost! It may be a very small difference but its something!
☆ Day 9 | 14/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I finally did the workout straight with no breaks! So proud of myself rn, I did die at the end of the sumo squats tho but I can feel my legs getting stronger ♡

okay so for the results you have all been waiting for, drumroll please.
so i can definitely see a difference in my legs, my legs are a lot more toned than when i first started, actually they are very toned. my outer thighs are a lot slimmer. my like, fatty parts of my legs (if you get what i mean) they're not there anymore because i built muscle instead, which makes my legs look slightly slimmer. but i actually didnt get a thigh gap, i think these exercises only targeted my outer thigh and just toned my legs, i didnt lose at all for my inner thigh tho. there isnt any big visual difference, but i can feel a difference. my legs have also gotten stronger. overall, i think this excercise works really well in toning your legs and outer thighs!! these excercises do not bulk up your legs! just remember to stretch before and after! i didnt have any diet and i just ate normally!
i will continue to do this workout and still update here!! ♡

UPDATE: okay so ive decided to stop doing this workout because ever since my last update, ive been noticing that my thighs have been getting bigger and also my inner thighs haven't lost anything at all :/ but besides that, this is a really good workout especially if you're beginning. its not too hard but it definitely burns! i can definitely say that this workout did help me lose quite a lot during my first 20 days but i think lately, my bodys just gotten used to it, thats maybe why i havent been seeing results anymore. anyways, thank you all for accompanying me on this little journey!!! you were all really supportive and i hope you all get the results you want!! bc i def did achieve a goal!! my legs are a lot more toned, i lost some fat overall and i can def say that my legs have gotten slimmer! i also found that i lost around 1-2 inches!! if you have any questions feel free to ask me. byeee! ♡♡♡

Hello everyone ! Im going to be doing thid workout , its currently 10:52 pm and ik its late don't judge lol! I just found out about this and have been looking at everyones comments and have been seeing people saying they have great results! Im starting this on Wednesday, july 26th and im doing this workout for 20 days!! Im gonna continue doing this workiut after 20 days but im going to stop updating after the 20th day. Anyways , ill update you guys after i finish the first workout.
Day 1🎉: ✅✅✅OMG!! Its harder than it looks , i did 9/10 of the exercises. Im really not used to this stuff omg! The pain was real. For the first exercise, i kept stoping and going! It hurt so bad!! After math, my legs are sore as crap but it feels good to know im done, i was almost on the edge of crying 😭🤷🏾♀️. I hope tomorrow is easier!! (Also no difference so far, obviously)
Day 2:✅✅✅FINISHED!! Yall it was so much easier. Besides the Curtsy Lunge, it was so hard i ended up skipping it. But besides that, it feels good. My legs aren't as sore as yesterday, but i definitely felt the burn in my thighs. Everything was a bunch easier, im also going to do stomach fat workouts as well, considering the fact i dont feel much pain from todays workout! Im excited for what tomorrow has to hold!! (Also, no difference so far, obviously!!)
Day 3: ✅✅✅ FINISHED! For some reason it was harder than yesterday, and my legs are a bit more sore but everything's good!I see a very tiny gap! It's super small and you have to look closely to see but at least it's something!! but it felt good to know that it's working slowly but surely. I'm also doing a outer thigh burner because the pain isn't as bad and I'm not as sore.
Day 4:✅✅✅✅ FINISHED!! So sorry this took so long!! Anyway, i really felt the burn in the last one! I wore tight jean shorts and it helped so much with stableness! I ended up doing all of the exercises and im so proud of myself! The sumo squat for me was the easiest! I dont see much of a difference in my legs, but i feel it working and i cant wait for the end results!! Im really in the mood to do more workouts so thats what im gonna do. People say the 5th day shows good results but i think that depends on how thick or skinny your thighs are. Cant wait for tomorrow!!! ❤❤

I’m gonna try this as a 14 year old who is overweight.
Day 1: ✅ I’ll be honest I have never worked out and I rlly struggle I’m in a lot of pain 😢
Day 2: ✅ wasn’t as bad as yesterday but I’m still sore
Day 3: ✅ no pain no gain, I’ve changed my diet a bit and I think my thighs are starting to social distance 😊
Day 4: ✅ I had done a lot of cardio today and was really tired already but I decided to push myself, wasn’t too bad this time the lunges and the squats are definitely killing me tho.
Day 5: ✅ I decided to do it twice today and honestly I kinda enjoyed the workout this time, the workout is definitely getting easier.
Day 6: ✅I did it twice again, i think it is working guys along with this workout I’ve being trying not to eat as much and I’ve been going on more walks getting at least 10k steps (also I’m gonna try to do the workout twice now)
Day 7:✅ I was so exhausted today I almost forgot about the workout, but I did it I didn’t do it twice tho too exhausted
Day 8:✅ I’ve officially made it past a week I didn’t think would make it this far tbh. I did the work out twice today but I can definitely tell I’m getting lazier as I’m forcing myself to get up and do it now. I generally do it at night so I’m already pretty tired but I’m going try to do this work out for a whole month
Day 9:✅ I can kinda see a bit of a difference but I know my dream body won’t just come from doing this workout for a few days I have to commit to it

Day 1: It Hurt A LOT and I had to keep pausing, but I felt amazing afterwards.
Day 2: I did it this morning, and I don't even know if I was doing it correctly because, for half of the exercises, I didn't feel a burn, lol. But I felt amazing afterwards.
Day 3: I FELT THE BURN!!! My legs were sore afterwards, but at least I completed the whole workout without stopping. For some reason, I could feel the burn in my core and calves.
Day 4: I did it quite late today (around 8 p.m. where I live), but I was able to complete it without stopping and felt great afterwards.
Day 5: Today, I forgot to do it for the whole day, so I did it right before bed. It's definitely getting a lot easier now.
Day 6: Completed the workout and felt great afterwards. I didn't feel too sore; the exercises are too easy now.

1 день: было сложно, ноги болели сильно, но я сделала до конца
2 день: я сделала это утром натощак, было сложно но я все сделала, ноги болят
2 подход сделан
3 день: сделала 1 подход перед сном, уже не так больно (ноги визуально стали меньше!)
4 день: отдых
5 день: сделала 1 подход утром натощак, больно
6 день: сделала 2 подхода, боль проходит
вес 54,5!
7 день: сделала 1 подход натощак утром, боль значительно стала меньше
через 10 минут сделала 2 подход, всё легко кроме последнего, но мне нравится, что уже не так сильно болит и я могу выдержать значительно больше!
завтра скажу свой вес после недели тренировки

итог: мне очень понравилось это упражнение и я его реально советую, у меня заметко сузились и стали ровнее ноги! Я ничего особенного во время тренировок не делала, только ела по голоду и иногда гуляла 5-7тыс шагов. Вместе с этой тренировкой делала треню на пресс, плюсом у меня меньше живот. к слову, буду и дальше делать эту тренировку как и раньше, возможно отпишусь через месяц

✅Day 1: burned alot but no pain no gain❤ (did it twice td, morning and evening)
✅Day 2: forgot to do it today bc i had to study! But my thighs hurt a bit
✅Day 3: i saw slight diffrence and the exercises were easier
✅Day 4: the exercises were a vit harder from my thighs being a bit sore

I’m 5’5 and 62kg. I’ve always been insecure of my weight and my slightly bigger size compared to my skinny friends. Over lockdown, I got larger but people (including me) didn’t notice because my rib cage and overall top half is quite small. My legs and thighs are now my biggest insecurity because I have recently noticed some cellulite. I am just starting to do home workouts to lose the extra fat. I will come back in about 4 months (right before the beginning of my school camp, because my goal is to lose weight for my swimsuit) with the results🙂 Someone will probably need to remind me then
Update: I only did it for about 2-3 months because I injured my knee but I assure you it works! Im hoping to continue this after I’m all healed up to continue losing thigh fat (P.S I did it just once a day and still got great results for anyone wondering). Anyways, good luck on your fitness journeys guys! It may be hard now but you can do it!!👍
honestly i relate so much. i have a pretty skinny top half and am toned well there, but i hate my thighs and lower half. people say that i shouldn’t worry, but im so insecure about it, and its so hard to lose fat in the inner thigh. hopefully this works

Day 1: ✅️ definitely felt the burn surprisingly i made it through without stopping especially since i just got done with another exercise like this 5 minutes ago.
Day 2: ✅️ I did one set of this exercise and 1 set of another thigh reducing exercise from Emi Wong. I did feel the burn but surprisingly my legs were not sore from yesterday don't know if that's good or bad. Hope I'm doing them right.
Day 3:✅️ my legs were a little sore after the 2 workouts and if I'm not mistaken they look a tiny bit toned and a tiny bit more room in my regular tight-fitting shorts. Definitely feeling the after burn this time.
Day 4: ✅️ did both exercises, definitely felt the soreness while doing them. I also recommend doing them while watching TV or smth so you dont focus on the soreness and how long the exercises take ❤.
Day 5: ✅️Done the 2 workouts, looks and feels pretty much the same.
Day 6: ✅️Done the 2 workouts, nothing really different.
Day 7: ❎️ I only did 1 workout today so to make up for it I'll make sure to do 3 tomorrow.
Day 9: ✅️Unfortunately, I got lazy and skipped a few days but I pushed myself today and I did 4 different workouts.

Day 1: day 1 was a little bit hard my thighs kind of hurt but I definitely feel the burn!
Day 2: my legs are a little bit sore, I didn't want to do it but I suddenly got motivation and did it I'm so proud of myself!
Day 3: my legs are a little bit sore, the first workout was a little easy! And some others too but I'm still a little sore!
Day 4: i did it when i woke up and i will do it twice or three times! My legs are sore but they feel better! The sumo squat pulse is really hard because my legs are sore but i wont give up!

Update: so I’ve been doing this for 2 more weeks now so it’s been 4 almost 5 weeks and the difference is huge the inner thigh is more toned and I got some muscle.The only thing I changed is eating more fruit and drinking 7-9 glasses of water everyday but here’s some tips
Tips
Drink 8 or more glasses of water everyday trust me I’ve seen it work like magic
Snacking less and eating healthier snacks like fruit but also treat yourself to what you like
Patience and doing this workout everyday I suggest having a rest day every once in a while if you want to
Being more active in general
Doing fun cardio on the side like dancing,rope jumping(my fav),running,cycling etc.
also a little side note if you see your thighs getting bigger with this workout dont worry its because of the muscle your developing so it might be that your thighs look bigger but keep on doing this workout and in a bit of time the muscle will tone your legs.

So I started doing this workout again after about 4 weeks break and my thighs haven’t changed much they stayed pretty toned but they have gotten a bit more fat as I was in vacation eating unhealthy so I am starting again but I did make sure to keep drinking a lot of water and walking around and being active in general and that has helpt a lot!
Also just saying I would advise over time of doing this workout daily (keep motivation trust me I also didn’t believe I would get results but I did!!)
Anyways after few weeks of doing this workout daily stop taking all the breaks I would say for the squat pulses and holds definitely do but for the rest don’t it will make the burn even better and will leave you feeling shaky but it’s a really good feeling!
Stay hydrated and keep motivated!!!

But that's okay because I must keep going. I feel more active and it's pretty early for changes right now.

If your muscle is too sore you should take a rest until it heals, then u can continue (its not good to force your sore muscles to do workout)

✅day one- was honestly pretty easy for me (i do a lot of ballet) but still felt a good burn

doing this for however long hopefully until my school dance. I have a super bad habit of not finishing these workouts so I’m hoping this will hold me accountable
Measurements: thighs: 20 inches
Goals: obviously to have slimmer thighs but I want to have strong cool toned legs for marching band and everything in general
Day one: ✅ done!! I only did it once, and i am debating doing it another time or doing another leg workout (I’ll let y’all know). But hot damn those sumo squats had me dying I had to take a few brakes.
Day two:
DAY 1✅: feel my thighs burning but was able to finish workout I feel refreshed
Day 2✅: workout feels easier, love the thigh burn
Day 3: ✅ done
Day 4: ✅ done
Day 5: definitely much easier
Day 6 : ✅ done I can see a difference for sure in the thigh gap, but I’m doing this in a calorie deficit + 30 minutes after of skipping rope

do this *3x a day* (depends on how your body can cope up) whenever you have free time. you'll see an enormous change after 2-3 weeks. also add up some stretches, *before and after the workout* so your muscles around thighs won't bulk. *DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TO LIMITS IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM IT. ALWAYS PUT YOUR BODY CONDITION FIRST*

Hey guys ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this if you wanna get that thigh gap . I've struggled from inner thigh fat for so long and I've tried so many workout videos but i finally found this mix of exercises that actually WORKS !! Aslo i noticed some RESULTS after the FIRST TIME ;)

Day 1 : Sweated alot
Day 2: The burn was so intense and it was way harder than yesterday
Day 3: thighs still sore but sweated less than Day 1 and work out went smoothly
Day 4: Went very smooth and sweated the least
I really believed that giving up is the only thing I can do when it starts to burn, BUT REALLY MY CONFIDENCE IS STRONGER! When I gave up I felt guilty because I knew I could give more of myself, now that I show it in training I am very proud of myself, DON'T GIVE UP! Burning and TOO MUCH, but when the training is over and you know that you did it without giving up, you will be very pleased with yourself. I TRUST IN YOU, now it's your turn to show that you can‼️
