      @@allispoems omg same my cousin was a bit sick when she was younger so now she is super skinny and I just feel so insecure cuz her legs are so slim and mine aren't :( and I hate wearing cloth that show my body so I just wear hoodies and sweatpants or something like my upper body is okay and good but then my thighs are like (. ) (.) sorry if I'm ranting to much I just don't have anyone to talk to about this :(

    I've actually been doing this for idk how many weeks but ever since i did these constantly I started seeing a change in my legs a lot more! It burns but trust me it's worth it, keep pushing yourself people, you've got this and I'm proud of you for it!!

    Advice to the younger teens from a 16yr old.
    Workout for your health not your body imagery. Yes you will want to like this girl and that girl but the truth is you will never truly achieve that because everyone’s body is different. Love your body for what it is because it will carry you till the day you die. Don’t abuse it. I wish you the best in your fitness journey both physically and mentally.❤

    This is such an amazing workout seriously. I was quite skinny and small growing up and when I hit teenage years I went through a series of mental health issues and this is when I began eating excessively. I stopped exercising too which made me gain a lot of weight. I am about 5’2, 15 years old and weighed 68kg. I finally came to the realisation that this was not me and if I kept going on like this i would eventually develop diabetes. I finally decided to start my weight loss journey. Keep in mind when I was 13 I was 55kg. I started this workout just over a month ago. Ngl it was such a hard workout and still is and I’m over a month in. I have a balanced diet I eat healthy when I can and if I feel like it I reward myself to some chocolate. The results are this: in the last month I weighed 68kg and now have lost four kg and weigh 64kg. (Please keep in mind I also walk 3.5km five days a week and I also play weekend sport which includes a game on Saturday and training). I hope you use this comment as determination to do this workout and get the body that you desire.

      My weight is 52 yes im a teenager but when I was young I was litterly so skinny my thighs were skinny I could wear skirts and shorts I was 32 kg! But now I gained alot of weight and I'm getting bullied in school because I'm fat but ill keep doing this workout I have health issues that don't allow me to fast & diet because sometimes...(idk how to explain this sorry) Everyone has to have an amount of sugar in blood but mine goes low in very short time and when my sugar percent is low I faint I get dizzy and I can't control my body sometimes and fall right on the floor...

    Doing this for 20 days:
    Day 1: felt a huge burn in legs , had to take a few extra breaks
    Day 2: felt the biggest burn in the begging, lost motivation at the end and kept stopping but pushed threw
    Day 3: didn’t stop at all, very proud of myself!
    Day 4: was so sick that i couldn’t get out of bed, will continue tomorrow if im better
    Day 4: had horrible neck pain from sleeping but still did it, felt small burn in legs
    Day 5: did the whole video without stopping, burn in legs!
    Day 6: best ive ever done, did whole video and felt HUGE BURN!
    Day 7: I don’t see any difference in my legs. This week I’m going to be in a calorie deficit and drink lots of water.
    Day 8: Failed calorie deficit, hopefully tomorrow will be better! Completed the workout no breaks.

    This was definitely an intense workout! If you guys wanna easily get through the workout while there is still pain, I just held my hands together whenever I could and shook them a little. It gets the focus off the pain.

      @@Naz-ep7iy After 20 days, it was just a slight change, but after that, I mixed many workouts with this one and used a resistance band which helped me see a good difference 😊 takes time but differently works!

    Updating everyday I do this(:
    Thighs-61cm
    waist-74cm
    Day 1✅- My legs are burning!!! but proud of myself for completing it.
    Day 2✅- Completed, my legs are really sore from yesterday but I pushed through. (remember to do cooldown stretches, it will make it so your less sore in the muscles the next day.)
    Day 3✅ My legs feel sore today and the workout was still hard, my inner thighs burn the most
    Day 4✅Workout felt easier, My thighs are burning though.
    Day 5✅No difference yet, workout is getting easier.
    Day 6❌ Didnt do it today, its good to have a rest day, also I was tireddddd.
    Day 7✅It was surprisingly easy, Got through it it no time.
    Day 8✅Done! I feel like my legs are more toned, there's not a massive difference physically but there is a difference. BTW I'm updating in chunks, sometime I forget so ill just update three days I missed at once. If that makes sense.

    Day 1:felt a lot of burn it hurt. Day 2: The burn in my legs was less painful than day 1. Day 3: felt a burn the Same as always. Day 4: I was recovering from the workout. Day 5: also recovering. Day 6: I did the workout and there is a gap forming in between my thigh

    Im gonna do this with the hinalift leg workout and update for about 25 days! I will be eating regularly
    Height : 166cm
    Weight : 66 - 67
    Left thigh : 25 inch/ 64 cm
    Right thigh : 25 inch/ 64 cm
    Day 1 :✅️ done i died at the emi workout but when i did this i felt relieved gonna continue!
    Day 2 :✅️ Done 💪🏻 was easier than yesterday felt the burn 🔥
    Day 3 :❌️ didn't do it since i went to the beach and walked was to tired to do so
    Day 4 :✅️ done! I finally did the sumo squats without taking a break!! Im so proud of myself and idk if its just me but i feel like my legs have gone slimmer I hope it really isn't just me!
    Update : It turns out my legs have really slimmed down!! I just measured them they are now 62.5 cm!! Proud of myself will continue

    Day 6 :✅️ I'm getting better and better at these sumo squats they hurt like hell, done

    Day 11 : ✅️ Done finally for once i did the sumo squats without a break! I also have basketball practice this evening
    Day 12 : ✅️ Done!! I hope when i go shopping for school maybe I'll wear a size less than what I wear ,I will not give up!
    Day 13 : ✅️ Done! Now im starting to feel sore still won't give up!!
    Update : now my legs are 60 cm !!! I went to the cinema yesterday and toke photos and my legs actually looked slimmer than how they were
    Day 14 : ✅️ Done!!! While I was walking around the house I went and asked my mom if she noticed any changes in my body and she said that my legs have gotten slimmer so I went to measure them they were 59.5cm! So happy to enter the 50 zone im proud of myself for not giving up! And I won't
    Day 15 : ❌️ took a break since I had basketball practice
    Day 16 : ✅️ Done I also have boxing practice today!
    Day 17 : ✅️ my boxing class yesterday got canceled also done with today
    Day 18: ❌️ we didn't have electricity for about 8 hours and it was so hot I couldn't do it and then I went to my basketball practice so decided to name it a break
    Day 19 : ✅️ Done! I had boxing class too

    Doing this for all of January!
    My thighs are ~60 cm at 125 lbs and 5"5
    Day 1(yesterday): very hard. I did cardio before, but surprisingly, fine
    Day 2: Hungover, but still went to do it, my hamstrings are HURTING
    Day 3: Paired it with a 7k run, pace of 5'5 min per km, very exhausted (obviously), but very proud too, hoping I don't get sick!!
    Day 4: Done, spent the day at home recovering, and only went on a tiny mile walk
    Day 5: I was ice skating and did it!
    Day 6: Spent the day with a friend and felt horrible for not doing it
    Day 7: Doing double to compensate for yesterday!
    Day 8: Prepared for school, so no workout!
    Day 9: Did it. It's a lot easier than in the beginning!!
    Day 10: School was just too much
    Day 11: Did it and an abs workout!
    Day 12: Again, school. I was just SO tired 😕
    Day 13: Went on an 18 km bike ride, stretched, and abs workout!
    Okay, so, little update it's been very stressful because of school. BUT I did it today, and honestly, it felt a little harder. What I'm doing is staying active by walking or cycling,however, now I'll do it again. I'm going to measure on February 1st to see the difference as I feel I've not been consistent enough until now!
    Day 14: Done! Oh my god, my ass is sore, but I skipped a few breaks, which made it very intense
    Day 15: I skipped it
    Day 16: Did it and it was a really good feeling
    Day 17: Did it!
    Day 18: Done. It's a lot easier and the stretching has made me so much more flexible! I feel a lot stronger too. just feel a lot more comfortable in my body
    SO it's February 1st, which means it's time for an update: my thighs are about 4cm smaller, I feel a little better in my body, and I think I'll go on doing it from time to time, or for a few weeks at a time.
    Remember to stretch to avoid bulking. Good luck to everyone 🍀

    Trying to get a glow up before I start my new school so I’m doing this workout every day!
    day1: ✅ not the worst workout I love the burn it gives! I did 1minute of each excersize instead of 30seconds
    day2: ✅ I did the same as yesterday, 1minute for each excersize

    Day 1 : ✔️The beginning was easy but the end was painful ! I really hope it works! I'm fed up with my big thighs-
    Day 2 : did it ! ✔️It was really burning more than yesterday!
    Day 3 : ✔️ did it ! It was very intense ! My thighs really burned at the end but less at the beginning!
    Day 4 : ✔️did it !It was less burning than yesterday!
    Day 5 : ❌️I couldn't do it :( I wasn't at home and I came home at 11 p.m.
    Day 6 :✔️ I did it ! It burned more, logical since I hadn't done it yesterday! I feel a little discouraged because I see a lot of people in the comments where it works quickly for others and others slowly... I already did thigh sports when I was younger, I've been struggling with my thighs since 2022, I tried a lot of videos but each time I gave up. I'm not going to give up! I want slim legs for summer. If this workout doesn't work after 1 month I will do another one until I get the results I want
    Day 7 : ✔️ omg did it ! It was less burning that yesterday just the last two exercises were still burning like the other days
    Day 8 : ✔️ did it ! today my body was slower because I was lying in bed- It was less burning, my butt hurt more during certain exercises.
    Day 9 : ✔️ did it ! It wasn't hot at first but the last two at the end were.
    Day 10 : ❌️I didn't do it !
    Day 11 : ✔️I did it ! It wasn't very difficult at first! but the end burned!
    Day 12 : ❌️
    For me it doesn't work, so I'll stop here !

    🌼 Day 1: ✅ It wasn’t that hard, my legs hurt tho, the last few exercises were very hard. I enjoyed this workout, exited how it goes tomorrow :)
    🌼 Day 2: ✅ My legs hurt from yesterday but I’m not lying when I say I really enjoy doing this workout, it’s not that hard, but also a really nice exercise and the time did also go bye so fast!!

    Updating each day that I do this workout:
    starting measurements: 59.5 cm on the left, 58 cm on the right
    Day 1: YES- my thighs were shaking by the end but I still finished!
    Day 2: YES- I woke up this morning with my upper/inner thighs soooooo sore but I did it anyways!
    Day 3: YES- I slept horribly last night, and not getting enough sleep always makes me feel super nauseous for some reason. I still finished the workout, even though each squat and lunge I did felt like the back of my thighs were string cheese getting pulled apart. The sumo squat pulses and holds are getting easier though which is great!!
    Day 4: YES- I was barely even sore today, which I feel like is so strange considering how sore my thighs were yesterday. I finished the workout Day 5: YES- I didn't feel sore at all today, and the exercise felt way easier. Even the last two weren't very difficult!
    Day 6: YES- Sooooo easy!!!
    Day 7: YES- I went on a 6+ mile bike ride this morning that was mostly uphill and against the wind, so I was already pretty tired, but I still finished. I most likely won't be able to do the workout for the next week and a half-ish because I'm going to the east coast for a wedding (I leave tonight), but I'll try to get as many steps in as possible.
    Day 8: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout since I just landed in South Carolina, but I did manage to get 10,000 steps in.
    Day 9: NO- Once again wasn't able to do the workout, but I walked along the beach for a couple miles and swam in the (rather aggressive) ocean since I got into OBX today.
    Day 10- NO- Didn't do it again today, since it's day two in OBX. I did get 9,000 steps though from walking on the beach and whatnot.
    Day 11: NO- Wasn't able to do the workout but I got around 16,500 steps from walking around DC monuments.
    Day 12: NO- Wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 3,500 steps because I was in the middle of nowhere, New Jersey.
    Day 13: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout once again but I did get almost 11,000 steps from walking around Boston and to a Red Sox game.
    Day 14: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 5,300 steps since I was in Maine in the middle of nowhere.
    Day 15: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and only got around 2,700 steps.
    Day 16: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and only got around 3,000 steps.
    Day 17: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout, but I somehow got around 13,500 steps which I think is pretty good.
    Day 18: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 2,000 steps.
    Day 19: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout but I got around 6,500 steps which isn't that bad.
    Day 20: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 1,500 steps because I was in a plane and car for the entire day.
    Day 21: YES- I finally got back home and was able to do the workout! I was expecting all my progress to be lost over those two weeks, but the workout was actually fairly easy!
    Day 22: YES- I was already super tired before doing the workout because I had gone swimming with my friend for a while but I finished anyways.
    Day 23: YES- It was pretty easy and I don't really have much to say tbh.
    Day 24: NO- Idk I just didn't do it for whatever reason.
    Day 24: YES
    Day 25: YES

    It really works! A tip is to concentrate on your breathing while doing the exercises. It helps a lot :D

      Lmao no, I copied out the workout with my own reps so I haven’t come back to this video in a while 🗿✋ Back now though -^- I think she maintains a consistent pace throughout the workout so just doing it alongside her is more effective than my own pace

    Its REALLY works guys ! I’ve been doing this EVERY single day since January (now we are in March) and I already lose 33 pounds ( 15 kg), in addition to that I stopped soda, sweets etc... I eat normally but I have a cheat meal once a week ( a burger, hot dog or some French fries). My legs are definitely slimmer, I can wear shorts now, without having my thighs saying hello to each other. I feel so much better in my skin and I hope it’s will be the case for all of you ! Don’t lose hope 💕

    Im doing this everyday even when fasting please reply every day to remind me to update!
    Day 1: ✅️ It was okay but my legs feel quite shaky and it burns!
    Day 2:✅️ Still sort of burned, but i felt very energetic
    Day 3:🚫 Out the whole day no time
    Day 4:✅️ Did in the morning it was ok

    DAY 1- Upper thighs: 43cm, lower thighs: 30cm
    DAY 2- Upper thighs:42cm, lower thighs: 29cm. OMG I REALLY WASN'T EXPECTING THIS, I DON'T THINK I MEASURED IT WRONG, GOD!!!!!! BUT THE EXERCISE WAS REALLY HARD
    DAY 3- Upper thighs: 41cm, lower thighs: 28cm. If someone else would write these, I really wouldnt believe it BUT IM REALLY MELTING
    DAY 4- Upper thighs: 41cm, lower thighs: 28cm It stopped?
    DAY 5- Upper thighs: 41cm, lower thighs: 28 cm 😭
    DAY 6- Upper thighs: 41cm, lower thighs: 28 cm Im losing my motivation, should I drop this workout and try another one?
    DAY 7- Done. Decided not the measure my legs that often, I'll do it a couple days later.
    DAY 8- Done. Also walked 10000 steps 😵
    DAY 9- Done and walked 5000 steps.
    DAY 10- Didn't do it today.
    DAY 11- Done and walked 6000 steps.

      @@leilazamani4711 I had a balanced diet a salad in one hand and a cookie in the other. If you want to get the results a bit earlier I recommend you eat something healthy for breakfast and lunch and eat whatever you want for dinner. Scheduling when you eat is also good too. Good luck and I hope you get your results soon! ❤

    Let's see if I can do this for a month
    Day 1: Since I was already used to exercising, I did two repetitions. There is no burning in my legs.
    Day 2: I repeated it twice, my legs are a little sore but that's not a problem.
    Day3: I repeated it twice again
    Day 4: My legs were a little sore but they don't hurt anymore, I think I'll see the effects soon
    Day 5: I did two repetitions as usual, I slowly started to see the effect and now I repeat the movements I like four times a day.
    Day 6: I continue to do it. Tomorrow I will weigh myself and check if I have lost weight.

    Did this for 2 weeks and i combinded this with 4 other workouts. I did get a small thigh gap and its noticable + i lost 4 pounds in the making. Next im planning on doing full body and hip workouts to reach my weight goal! Remember you can do anything you want in life and if your feeling tired or ur thinking its to hard just remember that its allworth it in the end and ur happy with your body. Like me im planning on losing 13 more pounds by september. Good luck everyone and dont give up
