I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    It’s been almost 3 years since I came across this video while looking for a “workout video to slim my thighs” just because I wanted my jeans to fit me better. This video marked the beginning of a lifestyle change for me. In the past 3 years, not only did i end up “slimming my thighs”, but I also ended up losing 25 lbs by staying in a healthy calorie deficit, incorporated various workouts, and learnt tons of recipes (got madly addicted to cooking in the process).
    I just came back to say that this is where it started. This video right here.
    Oh also, I have all her sentences from this video memorised since I still do this routine almost everyday lol!

    I’ll be doing this workout for the entire month of may and I’ll give updates along the way plus what eat, also for a little context I’ve been doing another emi Wong thigh work out for the past but haven’t seen any improvement so I’m switching to this one (this is all coming from a teenage girl doing this quietly in her bedroom so if I can do it you can too)
    Day 1: done. I did it I wasn’t perfect but I did it, I didn’t have so much a burn but I am out of breath and sweating like hell. One tip is make sure to stretch before the workout it makes a hell of a difference.
    What I ate:
    Ok so I’m going to to lie I did this work out for a couple week and was seeing some good results but I got sick I couldn’t to it for like a week then just completely forgot abt It but now I’m doing the work out again plus the Chloe ting 2019 2 week shred.
    And for anyone asking what I was eating I pretty much just ate what my body told me not over eating and not under eating

    okay so I've been doing this workout for about 2 months and the results ARE AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG
    I literally lost so much fat around my thighs but I'll be doing it for another 2 months bc I want them to become more slim and I TOTALLY recommend this workout
    (btw nothing happens overnight so keep on working and I know you'll get your perfect body)

    So I’ve always been insecure about my thighs and just legs In general. But just being a week into this, I have noticed so much :) I have been drinking more water, became more active, haven’t felt tired all the time, and my thighs have been getting slimmer. I recommend this workout to anyone who is insecure about ur thighs! Even if your not feeling motivated then just push yourself, because in the end your gonna thank yourself ^^

      @@peppapigperez8534 I started by 22nd Feb and till the end of April - people started appreciating my noticeable difference. Consistency is the key and I completely quit sugar, fried items. Plus, I added walking for 30-40 minutes before this workout.

    I will update
    Day 1 ✅ I did stopped for 5 secs while doing the second last exercise It pained a little .
    Day 2 ✅ Today I didn't take any 5secs break. I did it . I could feel the burn. Not much of visual differences.
    Day 3 ❎ I couldn't do it because of work.
    Day 4 ✅ I did . I could feel an extreme burn. My legs are sore.
    Day 5 ✅ Finally !! It pained a lot today .

    This really works! Thank you for making a video that’s actually useful! I’ve been doing this for two weeks (with break days) and I feel my thighs have genuinely gotten a lot slimmer!     So good!! I think the reason this one works but other workout videos haven’t for me is because SHE GIVES YOU TIME TO STOP. You feel a lot of burn but it’s not nonstop and impossibly fast like a lot of workout videos are. I thought I was going to have to keep pausing the video to keep up but it never happened once. And you’re doing a different thing every minute, so you never get bored, and because you’re not bored, you get less tired imo.

    To whoever is reading this. This WORKS I’ve been doing it for almost 2 months now and I’ve seen huge difference. But it will only work if you get up and do it! So stop reading through the comments to see everyone else’s results and make your own! I know you can do this and you’ve got it! Yes the first week is hard but it gets easier trust me.     My update-
    Before: thighs L- 55 cm
    R- 55cm
    Day 1: Done✔
    Day 2: Done✔ (intensely sweating while writing this ; the burn is real 🥲)
    i have also decided to do flat belly workout atleast 2 days a week & cut down on sugar & calories as much as possible)
    Day 3- done i think i will switch between diff exercises cause i didn't felt too much burn today
    Day 4- done

    It's literally, my first time doing this workout and it's already my favorite, bcz I thought 15 minutes gotta pass slow but it's the complete opposite, plus the fact that it's been more than 1 year since I last worked out I didn't expect it to be easy. The only thing I found nearly impossible is the last one, maybe with time, I will get used to it. But I hope to continue with this workout for the next 2 months. Idc if it’s gonna take me a year, I just wanna get rid of my thigh's weight. Thank you💗💓

      alright hi!!
      i am on the keto diet which means that i can eat a certain amount of carbohydrates. i have done other workouts, none for legs though. i’m on the woman workout one, and i do angel abs, slim arms, and angel butt. on youtube i do this one and waist exercises.
      those are pretty much all the workouts i do. my keto diet i’ve been on it for like 2 months.
      now the workout, i did it twice a week and i’ve already started seeing results. :) it really does work

    I've been trying to work out for a while now but I often give up very quickly so I decided to share my progress with you to try and motivate myself. Let's start tonight !
    ps. I'm gonna do this along with alexis ren's 10 minutes abs workout
    day 1 : abs (x2) + thigh (x2)
    day 2 : abs (x2) + thigh (x1) felt really sore
    day 3 : abs (x2) + thigh (x2) weight = 55kg
