Try a quick set of simple exercises that will take you no more than 3 minutes. You can do this workout from the comfort of your own bed or couch!
The short set we’re about to share with you was developed by famous American celebrity coach Tracy Anderson. It helps to eliminate “fat deposits” on the knees and hips that can appear even in slim people.
We’ll work out the front, back, and inner parts of your thighs. That’s right, kiss those thunder thighs goodbye! You can do this work-out from the comfort of your own bed or couch, and did we mention it takes only 3 minutes!

SUMMARY
Exercise #1. This exercise works and tones not only your quads but also your knees and abs. Don't forget to keep your knees together and your thigh muscles tensed! Are you feeling the burn? That's a good sign!
Exercise #2. This complex exercise works and tones the front and back part of the thighs, knees, and abs. If you're feeling the tension in your hamstrings and a slight burning as well, you're doing everything just fine.
Exercise #3. This exercise is incredible for working and toning your upper legs, buttocks, and abs. Make sure that your legs are always flexed and pressed against each other during the exercise. You should feel the pressure in your legs to know that you're giving the muscles a good workout.

BRIGHT SIDE yes, I love it. I'm gonna do it every day. I have a temperpedic mattress. So it's really hard and flat. So I just laid in bed and did the exercises. The floor hurts my back too much

Was skeptical initially when I found this video.. But tried it nevertheless.. Been doing this every night for about 3 months, it really works! Thats along with exercising during the day and watch what you eat.. My thighs got smaller by 2" while calves reduced by 1"! After doing this exercise you should feel slight burning sensation on your thighs.. Persevere and you'll see results!

Well it takes times
It works but for me it’s been a lot slower than three months. I’ve been doing it fairly regularly for about 8 or 9 months (probably four or five days a week) and I’ve increased the reps to 30-40 each per leg. I’d say my legs have gone from the first picture to the second in that time, which I’m happy with 👍🏽

Answer: Yess it works, it took me 5 days to start to se results, 2 weeks to see that my legs are slimmer than thet ever been (not so slimm but it's really good). I recomend this to everyone who want slimmer legs. (Sorry for my bad english)

This is really working. I am in my third week and increased the repetitions to 15 and then 20. I definitely see the change in my quads and hamstrings. Get busy exercising, if I at 70 can do it, you all can do it.

I've always had very large thighs compared to my body and felt it odd all the time, tried many things but gave up in 2 or 3 days, my mom sent me this vid yesterday and I really want to make it work this time. Here's my update :)
Day 1: 1&3 exercises - I could do them, 2nd exercise I could only do 12 reps of them, still I'm not giving up. Let's do this💪💪
Day -2: Did 1-4 exercises l, all reps. Also, heard clapping sounds from my thighs in the 4th one😂
Day- 3: I measured the thighs, left- 63 cm, right-64 cm. All done- 20 reps. Quicker than yesterday.
Day-4: All done. 20 reps. Also, including surya namaskar-6 reps :)
Day-5: Slowed down a bit. Arm exercises included.
Day-6: Done at right pace. Surya namaskar-3 reps & arm exercises done.
Day-7: All done-20 reps. Squats and Sidekicks-10 reps. Surya namaskar-3 reps done :)
Day-8: All done-30 reps, Sumo squats, side leg raise and glute bridge-20 reps included.
Day-9: Alternative arm exercises so that it feels like a break but it's not :D
I'll be updating my weekly report from now :)

I’ve actually been doing this for a month, the results are effective actually. On top of that, I do treadmill for 30 mins. So...
Before:
Right thigh: 22.5 inches
Left thigh: 22 inches
Now:
Right thigh: 18.5

It really works. I have done this exercise for a while and my legs look great even I am almost 65 yrs old.
I'm a trainer at an exclusive gym in SF.....These WORK! Not just your legs but stomach too! You want to step it up after your first few weeks tho by adding 2 more sets to each one!👍👍👍
Id love to do these but I have MS and by main problem with my MS is that my legs, holding my legs up like this is really hard to do, can I hold them up or have someone help me?? I have to use a cane out Walker, so I harder time working out

I totally LOVE this work out! Reminds me of when I was a kid laying on the floor with my siblings watching tv and goofing around during commercials. Update:Lots of you guys are saying it didn't work for you and I just wanted to say that everybody's body is different, which happen for my case to work wonderful for me. Also lots of you guys are asking if I still do the workouts and yes not as much because I don't want over do it and it best to take little breaks (at least for me) but yes I still do it.

Today was my first day. I did all exercises ( not perfectly). I decided to get faster results I will do it before bed and right when I wake up. I will also be drinking 2 liters of water. No diet but only 3 meals a day and I will take a 30 minute jog every morning I will also update each month about results.

I did this for about 3 months every day and my legs are now very well formed and I got muscles and a little thigh gap.
I did nothing else than this workout and no diet ^^

At my school weave to pass this test where they test u in push ups miles and trunk lift if u don’t pass u have to take PE for another year and my back bones are twisted so it’s hard to do trunk lift do u have any suggestions on exercises to do to be able to pass trunk lift thanks so much ?!:)

Tbh, it's actually really bad for you if you only did this workout alone, so you should workout your whole body in order for you to achieve the body you desire. Diet also plays an important role. I'm starting to see my calves shrink and my thighs have DEFINITELY shrunk as well... I'm even seeing muscles! A tip is to not eat as much... I mean junk food for say (and try to eat only your daily meals, fruit based desserts are recommended) (I will try to update...)

Same i’m writing this while exercising✌🏿
Here’s my progress over the past week:
Day 1: it was difficult and tiring I didn’t want to do it ever again!
Day 2: I woke up to my legs a bit sore, I didn’t want to do the workout but I pushed myself to do it!
Day 3: I no longer had as much pain and I noticed a slight change on my knees :)
Day 4: I suddenly began wanting to do this workout ALL. THE. TIME! if I didn’t do this workout I’d feel kinda sick, also I noticed that my legs were slimming more down!
Day 5: my legs were more thin than they were a week ago, at this point I slowly started to cut out unhealthy food from my diet and I drank more water than usual!
Day 6: I noticed that my legs were the most thinnest they’ve ever been! (It’s not THAT thin)
But I suddenly felt less stress and I wanted to be active more often!
Day 7: me and my mom we’re going shopping, and she noticed my legs were thinner! :D I will continue this exercise and I’ll update you when the next week is finished!
Edit: if you’re wanting the best results don’t drink any carbonated drinks! For example, soda, carbonated water etc...
It may seem hard to quit at first but trust me once I tell you what carbonated drinks do to your body you’ll probably quit drinking them!
When you drink soda or anything with carbonation it expands your stomach, which makes your belly’s width expand!
Also when your stomach expands you get hungry more and more! You will never be full!
So when I quit drinking soda around 4 months ago I got immediate results! :) hope this helped!
So these exercises actually work is it okay if you eat carbs but not big portions and cut out junk food

This works!! I was so insecure about my thighs but now I feel more confident since they slimmed down. And it works faster if you also have a good diet! 😆😄

What would be a good diet?
Pocket Knives I’m not an heath expert or anything like that so I don’t know that much, but what I consider a healthy diet is literally just cutting back on fast food and replacing it with more healthy options such as salad, veggie burger, wrap, etc. and instead of snacking I’m chips and crackers and stuff like that replace it with fruit or vegetables. And also cut out soda for the most part. Don’t get me wrong you can still eat unhealthy but mainly stick to a healthy diet. :) hope this helped!

I would say about 1 week and a half, but it’s definitely different for everyone :)

Yeah it works, though it took me a lot longer. I used to feel a little self conscious about my legs but now (even though their appearance hasn’t changed significantly), I love the way they look. So even if the effects on the body were small (which they aren’t) doing these exercises has a healthy effect on the mind too.

I tried it! It's been a week and I can see some results. My thighs are slightly slimmer and more toned and I'm sure in one or two more weeks it'll get even better. But an essential rule is that you need to do more of these exercises. 20 as shown in the video is not enough, actually you start feeling the burn only after 15 or so. My best advice is to do as many as you can, as long as your legs don't feel like falling off, if you stop right when they start burning it's pretty bland, because the results come just when you feel it burning ;)

Came here to give my review. This exercise really works. I've been doing this on and off for 3 months and due to this pandemic I couldn't even take my routine walks and my daily walk of work place to stop was also not happening but still I managed to get my jeans loose 2 inches from thighs and calf. *Thank you* for suggesting such awesome work out for lazy ppl like me.
