    Thanq Just Saw Your Video. I Hv To Loose 15 Kgs Within 6 Months. I Donated My Kidney To My Younger Sis 27 Years n Last Month When I Went To See Nephrologists He Said I m Over Weight n Putting Too Much Of Pressure On My Kidney. He Says I Hv To Loose Weight. I m 66 Years n Have Arthritis On Both Knees. Will Try To Do These Exercises. 👍

      I never ate right now I drink broth all day then supper. I watch pasta ,rice,potatoes. I still eat them just watch how much I have lose 80 lbs

    Day 2: I added this to the previous one you had for the legs. Along with diet and good sleep, I lost 2.5 inches off my waistline and 0.5 off my hips. Wow!

    Oh my goodness! I’m so out of shape. This hip and thigh exercise is awesome. I can feel everything around my hips and thighs shaking now that I cooled down. I will be doing this daily. It was a little hard on my left knee, to put weight on it when I leaned forward on it. But hopefully it will get strengthened through these exercises. Thank you Natasha!

    I've just saved this upload. Thank you so much.
    By the end of it, my heart felt like it was about to pound out of my chest, I was wheezing and my legs and butt were quivering.
    This beginners exercise is perfect for those trying to get out of a sedentary life but were too ashamed and discouraged by not being able to do or complete other workouts.
    I'm hoping to make this my wake up and right before bed routine.

    I will try the exercises because I am tired of my flabby big thighs. I don't have skinny legs even when I'm at my right weight. Then that problem is worse now that I have been 30 lbs. Overweight.

    Day 3, and 4: pause (school and sleep priorities). Day 5: I lost another 0.5 inches off the waistline and hips. Nothing on the legs yet. I'm excited; these exercises remain in my daily routine.

    My left knee really hurts on the bending exercises and my balance is all over the place. I found holding onto a chair much easier and my legs still got a workout. will perservere

    HI NATASHA! ! I am hearing impaired and blind in one eye. . When mom passed away two years ago, I was 85 pounds .Now, I gained a lot for ice cream and other junk food lol.. I stopped all junk food due to will power. I am trying to loose weight a lot due to acting audition which is coming soon. I am not that young , 50 yrs even though I look very young! I saw other exercises websites , you are the best! I love your oral speech ! you can encourage people for workout. I am using your exercise videos. I am on diet on now. I can't sleep very well always due to grieve. Is it okay if I eat peanut butter with grape jam sandwich for lunch??. I eat hearty chicken rotini soup and egg, and green beans for dinner. . please reply back to me regarding that question. Thank you. God bless you!

    Was wondering where you got the ideas for the exercises? They are really wonderful easoer versions of other exercises I've seen in the past. You don't offer much in the way of correct form, like don't lean forward , or breathing..but I get them and love them! Thank you!
