I never ate right now I drink broth all day then supper. I watch pasta ,rice,potatoes. I still eat them just watch how much I have lose 80 lbs

Oh my goodness! I’m so out of shape. This hip and thigh exercise is awesome. I can feel everything around my hips and thighs shaking now that I cooled down. I will be doing this daily. It was a little hard on my left knee, to put weight on it when I leaned forward on it. But hopefully it will get strengthened through these exercises. Thank you Natasha!

I will try the exercises because I am tired of my flabby big thighs. I don't have skinny legs even when I'm at my right weight. Then that problem is worse now that I have been 30 lbs. Overweight.

My left knee really hurts on the bending exercises and my balance is all over the place. I found holding onto a chair much easier and my legs still got a workout. will perservere

HI NATASHA! ! I am hearing impaired and blind in one eye. . When mom passed away two years ago, I was 85 pounds .Now, I gained a lot for ice cream and other junk food lol.. I stopped all junk food due to will power. I am trying to loose weight a lot due to acting audition which is coming soon. I am not that young , 50 yrs even though I look very young! I saw other exercises websites , you are the best! I love your oral speech ! you can encourage people for workout. I am using your exercise videos. I am on diet on now. I can't sleep very well always due to grieve. Is it okay if I eat peanut butter with grape jam sandwich for lunch??. Was wondering where you got the ideas for the exercises? They are really wonderful easoer versions of other exercises I've seen in the past. You don't offer much in the way of correct form, like don't lean forward , or breathing..but I get them and love them! Thank you!
