After this 21 day lower body transform challenge, I had lost 10 cm of my thighs and 5 cm of my calves and also 4cm of my waist. Even I skipped some workout for each day . But I also did kpop cardio with this challenge. Thank u emi wong.I love u. And sorry for my e skills hehee

To all those on their 1st day : it’s my 21st day, the final day of this program, and here’s what i have to say: starting was one of the best decisions i’ve ever made. My legs are now visibly slimmer, i now have a visible thigh gap, my hip dips are still there but they’re much less visible, my booty that was like completely flat before is now rounder, and what surprised me the most is that i now have visible lines on my abs, my stomach is flat! Emi, I love you so much! thanks for providing us with this content for free, it’s actually life-changing ❤️🔥 For those who are doubting themselves: you can do this. I was just like you less than a month ago, but now i’m much stronger, both morally and physically. Don’t give up and you’ll thank yourself in 21 days, i promise ❤️❤️❤️

@@swatikudesia1137 I didn’t exactly diet, but i just ate healthy (mostly white meat, veggies, porridge, fruits and healthy sweets) and i also had KFC once. hope this helps!

Day 1:☑️ - I was so out of breath and my thighs were gonna fall off🤣
Day 2:☑️ - Yay day 2 complete ummm it was a tiny bit easier but still burning
Day 3:☑️ - okkk day 3 done! It burned the same as day 2. Wall sit really hurts but I’m fine
Day 4:☑️ - Great! Another day complete! It hurts around 50% less👌
Day 5:☑️ - For some reason it seemed like a 10 minute work out. Also I think I got used to the burn so it doesn’t bother me as much. Yay 😁
Day 6:☑️ - Surprisingly the burn didn’t hurt as much but sumo squat pulse and hold/ curtsy pulse got me on the floor🤣🤣
Day 7:❌ - ummm might have been watching Netflix, CZcams and gaming for too long😅🙃
Day 8:☑️ - sorry for not doing it yesterday. But this time the burn hurt more than day 6. Maybe cuz I didn’t do it yesterday. 🥺🙃
Day 9:☑️ - okayyy if it burned I did not feel it at all (apart from sumo squat and hold). I don’t feel as out of breath as I did on day 1 😊
Day 10:☑️ - 10 DAYS OVER 🥳 I’m sweating more than usual but other than that it’s okay 👌
Day 11:☑️ - Let’s gooooo finished more than half of it. It’s summer right now so all the rooms r hot so I sweat like crazy 🥵👏
Day 12:☑️ - here’s some words of wisdom if you ever want to do this *never do cardio before this workout* trust me if u want to breathe then never do it. It makes you sweat like crazy 😓
Day 13:☑️ - didn’t feel the burn at all cuz I was use to it 🥳 but sweaty cuz it’s really hot. Each day closer to the end we can do this!!!
Day 14:☑️ - 2 WEEKS!! yay did the HOW YOU LIKE THAT cardio in Emi’ s new vid before this but wasn’t that sweaty cuz it’s not that hot here any more.
Day 15:☑️☑️ - Sooo I did this twice and I feel more out of breath 💯
Day 16:☑️ - sumo squat and curtsy pulse really burned/hurt a lot today 😅😎
Day 17:☑️ - didn’t hurt at all and am not sweating! Yayyy😊😌
Day 18:☑️ - another day DONE! I’m more sweaty today 😓🥳

Today is my last day of the 21 day challenge. Due to personal reasons I had to skip four days in between, and I am a generally thin person which thick thighs to begin with. my thighs are really toned now and it doesn't dance like jelly all the time, and it DOESN'T flatten like dough when i sit anymore. The toning is done and I love love the results, but the dream thigh gap is something I still haven't got, which is completely fine because thigh toning is HARD. But I am almost there, my thighs have started bidding goodbye to each other and yes the results are visible. I didn't measure the before and after results because the last time i tried doing that, i left the challenge midway. So I am going to take it again, this time, for that tiny bit of thigh gap and THANK YOU SO MUCH EMI FOR MAKING ME SWEAT, SCREAM, DIE AND THEN COME BACK TO LIFE AGAIN.

As Emi said you'll get to your goal without realizing it especially if you enjoy it. I've been doing Emi'a workout since April. It's not so hard unlike the other workout that's why I enjoy it very much. Haven't lost much weight but rather my saggy fats became muscles now ;)
I lost 4 inches for waistline and Im starting to have ab line now. My thighs especially my saggy fats on my calves are starting to get toned. My arms are also building up muscles. Don't give up it may be a long progress but it's worth it. No pain no game

I feel the same! I started around May or so and yes initially you feel like a potato but then slowly start seeing some changes - it is hard in the beginning but doing workout at home I think the main thing is enjoying and then you'll realize the changes slowly but surely :) Not in weight unless you do a strict diet/workout plan but you feel SO MUCH stronger.

I’ve gained so much respect for all the sumos in the world
I started Emi's 21 day leg programme on 10 Oct and just finished it on 30 Oct. And no, I didn't diet 😅 My thighs at the start were 58 cm and my calves were 37 cm. After 3 weeks: Both thighs are now 56 cm and calves are 35 cm. Even though I don't see much difference visually, I feel better when walking since my inner thigh fat doesn't rub against each other anymore 😅😅😅 (Well, less than before). I must say that you should stretch after workout. I used to underestimate stretching since it's less intense that workout but it really helps slim down my thighs and calves. I followed her programme day by day but I added some stretches afterwards - 20 mins if I had time, otherwise just 5 or 10 mins will do. I like that her programme has various exercises each day. Today I started her 4 week full body transform programme 🤗🤗🤗 Hope I can feel stronger by the end of the programme 😊

@@wiz_anime3077if you have a bad metabolism ( even drinking water will make you gain weight ) how about you stop eating sugar and fats , eat more rice and protein ( meats , eggs , beans ,..extra) and more vegetables in your food like onions that will help you in your weight loss a lot . Oh btw eating banana before workout will give you many benefits and super energy !!

Day 1: ✅ i was literally SCREAMINGGG during the sumo squats 😫😫
Day 2: ✅ inner thighs felt crampy and very sore, but NO PAIN NO GAIN AMIRITE 💪🏻💋
Day 3: ✅ done!!! I did the optional video and tbh that was quite tough because i don’t really enjoy doing cardio/HIIT (esp those with jumping) workouts but i was really determined this time because i used to do those workouts in the past and burnt a lot of fat + lost significant weight, but i stopped and regained most of it back 🥺🥵😭😢😩 today’s workout was really fulfilling because I BELIEVE THAT IT WORKS and cheers to more inner thigh fat burn! (the last exercise of this video made me feel like a pulled a muscle or smth HAHAH) 加油 everyone!!! 💪🏻💖
Day 4: ✅ spent about twice the time doing the workouts because i had to take breaks (and end up getting distracted on social media) but i completed it!! 🥵😪
Day 5: ❌ sadly, i only did half of the first workout because i was feeling extremely emotionally stressed. i’m so sorry 😔
Day 6: ✅ i did it!! :) I completed yesterday’s workout today instead!! 😜 (but i didn’t do the optional TABATA one 😢) I also completed the 20min stretching workout and it felt great 👍🏻

My nerves getting pinched from these workouts definitely makes it hard for me to love it... I wish she would talk more about being careful + stretching before these workouts. No point doing the workouts if people end up hurting themselves in the first attempt.

I have decided to give this a try, I have always been Self-conscious about my legs. All my friend have always been skinny and they can eat what they want.I am the opposite, I eat a some what healthy and still put on so much weight.

Update: had a lot of snacks the last 2 weeks and didnt ate regularly because i was so stressed. The workouts helped me to get fitter and defined. I definitely feel more confident and i can see that i got a bit slimmer.
Update Update: i didnt lost much weight but i can see that i build up some muscles (not bulky) and i definitely got stronger !! I will start with the 15 day ab programm combined with the 15 day inner thigh burn.
I actually have naturally big thighs and a small waist/ belly. If anyone has a tip with getting slimmer thighs please tell meeee bc i am so insecure with my legs.
I can see that they got slightly slimmer and it makes me really happy, i mean i only did it for 3 weeks i cant expect to look like a supermodel afterwards (they are also flabby but not as much as in the begging😂). Now i feel able to push harder. Also some people told me that muscles are heavier than fat hmmm maybe thats why i havent lost much weight. At the end the number on your scale is not important. Also i often went to my friends and couldnt resist with eating delicious food haha.
About 6 weeks ago i was 74.7 kg and now i am at 71,3 kg, but i lost most of it with eating less and healthy in the beginning.
Sometimes i will look in the comments and maybe i will do this challenge again but THIS time with every optional workout (i was too weak).

@@enricaparmigiani3687 I started with 87,7 kg and at the beginning i tried to do intermittend fasting since my friend lost about 20 kg with it. At first i didnt ate any kind of junkfood and i tried to cut sugar. For my body it helps when i cut it completly for 1 or 2 weeks to boost my metabolism. Also dont drink sweet drinks from the market, try to do your own juice or drink tea without sugar. I switched to some light products like light cheese or light cream, also used full grain products.
The most important thing is a calorie deficit! i used lifesum to calculate how many calories i can eat, but i didnt use it so much since i struggled with an eating disorder when i was younger. Now i dont count calories but i eat healthy and less.
Eat a lot of veggies and carbs are okay but try to eat good carbs. In germany there is a saying that the amount makes it toxic. So you can eat chocolate, pizza etc. but not too much! Try to cook your own meals instead.
Never starve yourself!!!
Have a positive mindset and dont be discouraged!! Every body is different, give yourself some time.
Sorry i wrote a lot but there are so many things to change your lifestyle.

@@Emily_g99 sometimes i did the walking workout (approx 30 mins - 1 hour) for 5k/10k steps if i don't feel like doing emi wong workouts. 😁 Anyway i just keep myself moving even for 15 mins everyday.
I never knew that the rotations could be a thigh exercise just like I never expected my (inner) thighs to burn this much with such a small, simple move! Thank you, Emi! The pain was there, it was great, but I didn't feel like I was absolutely dying. I'd like to see more outer thighs & calves workouts!

Ok so I just finished the 21 days program and here are some things I wish someone had told me before I started:
● Be super mindful of your form as Emi says. Look up the correct forms BEFORE you start, especially for squats and lunges. I wasn't careful enough and doing fast paced jumping lunges and squats ruined my knees so I had to take a break for a little more than a week towards the end. (Knees still hurt so I don't do jumping exercises anymore)
● You don't have to go as fast as Emi or try to do all the hard exercises as a beginner (this is where I failed by pushing myself too much) Start slow but make sure you're doing it right. You can speed it up later when you're more comfortable with the moves.
● Really obvious but warm ups aren't included in the program so add one yourself for every single day. (I did the 10 min vid of Emi's warm up routine)
Also my results: I started this to mainly slim down my thighs, I'm not so concerned about my overall weight but I can't seem to burn those thigh fats. I ate as usual, my weight hasn't changed on the scale but my whole body is more toned and my stomach is noticeably more flat. My hips are rounder and look better so that's good. But thighs?? There isn't really a change in that area which is sad but that's just my body. I think I could get better results with a diet added to the program but I can't seem to keep up with diets so this will have to do for now 😅
I think we can all agree the curtsey lunge pulses and sumo squat pulse + hold were killer!😬
But we got through it, right?!🙌

I have been really insecure about my legs and especially the calves, as they are FILLED with fat. I hope I'm able to see a drastic change these 21 days. I will be sure to update everyday because I am serious about losing all this weight before school starts. note: the exercise has become much more easier to do, although i sometimes still get up here and there! there's not much difference in my thighs, but i'm not giving up! i always think about who i want to impress and what they'll say/how they'll react after they see my transformation and it motivates me! hopefully i'll be able to see some changes in weight and my legs soon.

note: I CANNOT BELIEVE i did a workout for a solid 21 days!!!!!!! i was so unmotivated for most of the days but it still is like a "woah did i really do that" kind of feeling right now. it was a challenging workout for sure, and although the results still look the same from when i first began i can say i'm more confident and are able to do the workouts much better. thank u guys for being on this 21 day journey and for my next program i'll probably move to chloe ting's. or if not, i'll find someone else. i hope this workout will work for you guys and give you the confidence and motivation you need for your goals! and just like emi, i'm proud of you for taking time out of your day to do these workouts. you got this!! and i hope to see u guys around.

a small tip to slim ur calves, after doing the workouts do some calves stretch -Emi made one u will find it in lower body playlist- it made ur calves look so much smaller and it's fun.

So I decided to start this.

L&R calves: 39.5 cm
Day 1: ✔it wasn't very hard for me (but lately i ve been doing some other workouts, so I am kinda used to workout )
Day 2: ✔forget what i said yesterday, today it was pretty challenging. I love how the exercises feel like stretches.
Day 3: ✔I really enjoy this program. my legs were sore from yesterday, so it was a little harder today. honestly, my legs feel a little more toned now, the muscles are starting to show (non-bulky kinda way). So yeah, I'm pretty impressed.
Day 4: ✔ today I did even the optional video. Felt really good about the exercises and I think I m gonna do some stretching tonight as well.
Day 5: ✔ i was sooo sore, but I managed to do it.
Day 6: ✔ i looove rest days, but I still went for a bike ride with my friends. Tomorrow i ll be back on track

It is ramadan so we [ as muslim] we have to u fast [ from sunrise to the sunset ]and we can lose weight so after breaking my fast and after doing my homework i always do workout ☆so after only 3~5 days I AM SEEING RESULTS!!

I am starting to get more toned calf and thigh muscles and am really happy with the results. haven't noticed much of a difference to my inner thigh (my problem area) so I think I will do this challenge again and will hopefully see even better results. Im gonna update everyday I do this for motivation, I just really want to get all of my thigh fat off my legs before I return back to school or at least majority of it.
DAY 1: Today was very rough at first with the first 3 workouts but throughout the session it started to get more easier than when I first started, I have good hopes that when I reach to 21 days I will be fit and in a better mindset than right now.
DAY 2: Finished, today was very overwhelming for me and I was tempted to give up and return to my unhealthy habits. I am glad that I got remotivated by reading the comments under this post. 1 workout down, 5 more to go.
DAY 3: WOAH! 3 days in and im already finding these workouts easier, I feel more pleased after each round. I love this channel so much!!
DAY 4: Everything has been really easy but im still struggling a lot with the leg pulses and as well as the wall-sit. My goal is to complete the workout without being tired and able to complete each workout.

My thigh measurements: left: 22 inches right: 21 1/2 inches. Other than my thighs my legs are pretty slim!
Day 1: ✅ I did it, and wow I can’t believe that I could like a workout! Chloes workouts made me feel tired and hate the workout, shes sweet tho, but I love this! Omg I sweated bullets, even though it wasn’t that hard!
Day 2: ✅ it was a little harder, but I still liked it I can legit feel abs, I’ve been working out on and off but don’t see results because of my diet, but I’m committed to this!
Day 3: ✅ ok the fat burn video really did make me sweat a lot, my stomach is a morning skinny since a bloat a lot, I suggest if you bloat a lot to get it checked out, maybe there’s something behind it. Better safe than sorry!
Day 4: 💟 I decided to have my rest day today! I’m always bloated, I’m gonna get it checked out soon!
Day 5: ✅ this was REALLY hard, not the hardest workout I’ve ever done but still. I sweated too! HIIT really does kick ass
Day 6: ✅ it was actually a little easier and felt less time consuming which is really good! Can’t wait for tomorrow 😌✨

I started doing this workout during the begining of my weight loss journey and can literally see how far I've come. During the first one month doing this workout was like stepping in hell. There was not even a single day in where I didn't cry or squel in pain, it felt like torturing myself. Though even after a month it didn't feel easier and hence I switched to some other workouts. There were many thigh workouts I tried I eventually felt the burn but It felt like this workout still was the hardest. After 4 whole months trying different workouts I can feel how much my body has got stronger!!!
Today I did this workout easily like any pro 😭 I FELT SO STRONG! MY POSTURES WERE ON POINT AND I FELT THE BURN AS WELL.
I feel so proud of myself for how far I've come. I always thought workouts were a punishment. I did not enjoy doing it. I felt like torturing myself. But now there's not a single day I miss working out. I love doing it, I love my body and I love being strong 😭😌💖
