For anyone who needs motivation. This exercise really worked. it did work and my calves look totally different from what they used to look now. But it took time and it worth your time but hard work pays off. I did this excersise for two months and I can see result by my bare eyes now.

@@nuraisyahwardina1809 We need to look more carefully on how our body loses weight. If you just starve yourself then u'll lose weight but it's the weight of water not fat. But if u balance between eating and doing these exercises u'll lose weight. The calories u take on must be equal to or less than the calories u use.

To those who are wondering if this works. It actually does! I’ve only been doing it for 4 days and I can see a difference, my jeans that were a bit tight now fit me better.
My before measurements of my calves were R: 36cm L:36.5cm. Now it’s R: 35.4cm L:35. A small difference, but I’ve only done it for 4 days.
Questions you’re probably asking. No you do not gain bulky muscle from this, and no from this exercise your calves won’t become big and bulky. These stretches slim your calves if you have a lot of fat. And no you don’t become taller, at least I haven’t. You could grow taller but not likely.
I did these stretches around twice a day, on the first day I did it 3 times. On the second day I went out for a two hour walk as well as doing the stretches twice.
Your legs ache a little bit you get used to it, no pain no gain 😉 EDIT: OMGGGG THANK YOU FOR THE LIKES I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT

Seriously tho i've been doing this for like a while now, the first 3 days i hurt my left like hell from this to the state where i cant walk with it at all even standing straight with it (i bent it while jump-walking). I needed to rest the left for 2 days, its still aching now (its day 5), im currently working on my right, since its naturally bigger(?) Like 1 cm bigger,im not sure why is it that way.. :/ i dont think i did properly on the right one, coz it doesnt hurt at all. Now its starting to hurt, maybe coz i put more attention to it while leaving the left one to heal. I do understand why people would give up coz it really is to commit, like diet xD its not fun at all.

I’ve been doing this stretching for 3 weeks (29 March - 12 April) and my calves went from
right 35 cm, left 34 cm to
right 34,5 cm, left 33,5 cm
Not bad, cause i did it only once a day.
Quarantine is not over, so I’ll continue doing stretching and keep y’all updated!

It’s a slight difference but I’so happy!

It’s been a month since I started doing these stretches and I wanted to share my progress.
Number of times done: 55 (updated)
For most days I’ve done these stretches 2x per day. I’ve also started doing a leg workout after the 1st week. I do the leg workout and then finish with these stretches. My legs have always been bulky due to genetics. My mom, dad , sister and I all have big calves. My calves are big because of muscles and fat.
Results:
After 1 month: I didn’t take any measurements before and after so I can’t say accurately how much my calves slimmed down. The progress isn’t very noticeable, but they are a bit more toned now. I have a pair of jeans that used to squeeze my calves like crazy, but now my calves don’t feel suffocated anymore. I’m really happy even if they only became a bit smaller because I have lived with huge calves my entire life!
I’ll edit my post next month and let you guys know about my progress. I plan on only doing these stretches 1x per day from now on since I have school.
UPDATE:
Number of times done: 67
My calves look a little less round than when I started, I’ve still got a long way to go before they look more straight. I’m going to take a break from these stretches and start again.
7 MONTHS LATER UPDATE:
So, I wanted to get back to you guys about my calves-slimming journey. It's been 7 months since I've stopped doing these exercises and I wouldn't recommend doing these leg stretches anymore. I've lost 5kg within this timeframe and it has helped a lot with the size of my calves. Losing weight had a much more drastic effect on them. Like mentioned beforehand my calves are a mix of muscle and fat. So if your calves are mostly muscles, ignore my suggestions.

cookie girl yes, I also have big calves due to genetics (both my parents have big calves, and so does my big sister) and some fat too. The stretches really helped me tone down my calves. I would suggest doing some leg exercises before the stretches to get the best results and to not give up, the progress is slow but worth it. I personally stopped doing them after 2 months. My calves are still big compared to other girls due to genetics and that won't changed. I hope you get good results, I'm rooting for you

Day 18:✅ - yay ya yay 😀 did it! I feel like cuz it’s a stretch that it will hurt all the time because every time I do it, my calves burn 🥵
Day 19:✅ - FINISHED! It hurt but I feel okay 👍😁

(21) day two: nothing has really changed since yesterday
(22) day three: i couldn’t actually do the routine bc i didn’t have time
(23) day four: i can see a visible difference but this also has been stretching my hamstrings as well with some of the stretches and i have noticed improvement in my hamstrings! kind of not the point of this video but i thought it would be worth mentioning!
(24) day five: did this after a lower body workout so my legs were trembling during some of the stretches but i can feel them becoming easier so i’m pushing myself a little further

I was 16 when i started to discover and do this stretch. Being a teenage girl with big calves always made me feel so insecure. To wear jeans , especially. I was not that heavy and weighed about 45kg at that time. But my calves and thighs were just… 😢😢 so i did this stretch every single morning before going to school and before going to bed. The cycle kept going for 1 month+ and i noticed some differences on my calves (-4inches) . I was so happy. But after that I stopped doing this stretch and the exercise overall bc my mental health was not in a good condition at that time. Plus i had big exam coming up.and with that somehow , i gained back my calves’ muscles.
So now that i am 20 years old and healthy again , i wanna do this stretch and experience the same thing that i used to experience during my school days. Her voice and the song chosen will always make me feel nostalgia. Bringing back so much memories. I miss being a high school student ❤

This really works! I've done it for about two weeks and my calves have already shrunk 2cm (I measure every morning). Side note that I also did some of her thigh slimming workouts in the second week. Both of them work very well and are quite relaxing.

DAY 1: more than relaxed I think I got really tired 😱 I’ll try to take it easier next time
DAY 2: No changes yet but feels good!
DAY 3: I had to skip for 3 days because of finals and started again today 💦 no changes yet but a lot easier than before!

DAY 6: I’m not sure if it’s my imagination but I feel like my calves are looking slimmer!!
DAY 7: I measured my calves and they’ve gotten 1.5cm smaller!!!
DAY 8: my left leg isn’t as flexible so going to work harder to stretch it from now on!
DAY 9: still having troubles stretching my left leg probably due to my ankle not bending? so going to try ankle stretches together with this from now on!!
DAY 10: still struggling with left leg ): I might try to find a replacement or other ankle stretches to supplement!
I decided to continue on my own and will stop updating here but my calves got 1.5cm thinner after only 1 week!! It really works 💕✨

Honestly, during these stretches I felt like my legs were dying but afterwards they felt so nice and relaxed! I never even knew my legs were so tensed up!

Sadly I didn’t, starting this all over again
I started using various workouts by Emi Wong about 6 weeks ago - and as my calves our a big problem I have been using this workout a lot. I haven't measuring my legs to tell a direct difference, began to feel that improvements were happening though. Today it was raining here, so I put on my winter boots which come half way up my calve. Normally they were super tight and I didn't like wearing them because I felt it made my legs look fat- today there was so much space between the top of my boot and my calve! Was so happy to see this result :) going to keep up with the workouts
This excerise really did work! I have been doing this around for 2 weeks now and im able to notice a difference! Though stretching doesnt necessarily slim your claves, it makes ur legs seem leaner.

Oh my God!! People I need to tell you that this stretch worked wonders for me , that too just in 8days . I have always had bulky calves , but not anymore , thanks to this stretching coupled with another 20-30 mins of exercises for inner thighs. Toned calves is what i gifted myself during this lockdown time. I recommend this to all , you won't regret the time spent doing this!🔥 I know that your calves are gonna ache on the 2nd day after starting but do not come down , with consistency you'll reach there❤

A premise I want to make: my calves are bulky just due to muscle tone, I have no excess fat around them... so if this works out for me, it should do miracles if you have fat and untoned calves!
I am planning on doing this 1/2 per day and every morning I always do around 1.5 km jogging at slow pace.. no other exercises to target the calves.
Starting measurements 8/05: both calves 35.6 cm
• 12/05 DAY 5: 34.9 cm (done twice per day... I can't believe it)
• 15/05 DAY 7: 34.7 cm (almost 1 cm down!)
• 19/05 DAY 11: 34.5 cm (slowly but steady! this week I haven't run as much because of the weather.. but even a small progress it's a progress)

soo guys, i think i've been doing this for a month and a half? idk. after some time, i only did it three times a week and i saw some results. both of my calves are now 36cm, but i think if u do it everyday, i believe it would be a lot more effective

This really works😭😭 I've been doing this exercise for 1 week. My calves were 35cm(right) and 34cm(left). Now my calves are 33,4cm(right) and 32,5(left). I will continue doing this exercise until next week. Can't wait for next week's result😁🤔😍

@@401happyhappy9 for the past weeks i drink lots of water (>6 glass than i usually do) and i don't often eat vegetables(i love fatty foods and snacks😅). But when i started to drink water everytime before i eat, i get full easily so my food portion is kinda decreased. Good luck for you and don't give up! I hope you will get close to your result💜✊

I still have 38 cm in my calves. So I didn't lose anything. I was doing those exercise 5 times a week and also another (Mel B legs and stepper).
I always had bigger calves so I think that I just need more time to see results. I will update this after another month if you want to. 😉
