The tiptoe one is going to make your calves bulky. I've tried it, it's a no no. The last 3 exercises makes more sense.

with which workout?with dieting or without dieting
I think Emi might not be doing this because the calories burned vary from person to person and even form time to time the same person is doing the same workout. So for example, one day you have slept well and the temperature of your work environment is just right and you really give it your all, and another day everything is just a bit off and you feel super tired but actually you haven't burned as many calories as last time because you worked not that energetic in the first place.
And of course, every body is different in terms of height, weight and muscle and fat percentage so comparison doesn't make sense.

i just did this workout and i generally love ur calf stretch videos (i do it every day after my workouts!), but can i ask what is the logic behind adding the tiptoe workouts? especially because it's like wearing heels which is known to bulk up your calves, what's the difference in doing a workout that mimics that? is it like reverse psychology for ur calves? i'm genuinely curious bcs i always avoid any workouts like that
as an update my calves are MASSIVELY sore and visibly bulky the day after doing this (when they're usually visibly slimmer if I do the stretches) so I have to say this isn't the one😭
That's what I thought. I'm like this is not the right exercise except for last 3.

Can I ask you something...
I get lower back pain after exercising especially after I doing abs workout 🥺 am 17 year old. I do relaxing after work out but I get back. What is the reason?? It's serious???? Can you please reapply 🙂🙂🙂
It's hard to answer your question without knowing exactly where your pain is located, how and when it appears etc. But a common reason for back pain could be that your back and core muscles aren't strong enough for the kind of exercises you are doing. So try to take a step back and focus on strengthening your core in general. Start low and increase weights/resistance/difficulty gradually. And also get someone to help you with proper form during the exercises - that may as well be the reason your back is hurting. But like I said, I don't know anything about your specific back pain, and if you are worried I would definitely recommend you see a physiotherapist, they are the experts ☺👍🏼 Good luck!
