So I'm done with 4 weeks (almost a month)....this workout definitely works...my calves were 35cm but now it's 32cm...lost 3cm...pretty impressive as it takes the longest time to loose fat for me...

I've been exercising for more than a year presently. It has become my habit to workout atleast 5 days a week, with a combination of jogging and indoor cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes.
From an overall perspective, I've lost significant weight and toned my other body parts, but my calves are just too stubborn! 😫 And with this, I sometimes find myself uncomfortable wearing knee length or shorter outfits.
Coming to the actual intention, I've never shared my workout details before, but I'm giving this one a shot after multiple contemplations. 💁🏻 So, I'd be updating my calf measurements here on a weekly basis, let's see if this turns out to be effective. 🤞

I went on a 5 km run yesterday after being stuck at home for almost a year. And boy even after so many stretches after the run, I woke up this morning to really sore calves. I just came to this video to actually make my calves smaller but all the sores from my run also went away. very impressive

I've been doing this for only 4 days, once a day, and although I didn't measure my calves I can definitely see they're much slimmer now. I'll keep doing this until I get my desired results. Thank you for the workout :)

@@blueybri I haven't measured my calves but they are visibly thinner, I think they slimmed down 1-2 cm. They don't look as bulky as they used to and my ankles also slimmed down

I always thought I can’t reduce my calves and was insecure about it. After working out and seeing improvements I’m hating myself for not trying sooner. Investing time in workout yields results. ❤️❤️
Agree with Allie. Please don’t do this. The bigger it is the better for you health wise. Yes. You will not fit the slim shoes etc... but what is more important is health not conforming to some societal beauty guidelines.

I just wanna guarantee that this excercise works! I regret that I didn't measure my calves before starting this workout. But my husband told me that he saw that difference! My calves are a little bit smaller. I've done this workout for 3 weeks already. At least 1-2 times per day.

Your previous leg stretching video helped to slim down my legs a lot, so I am excited to try this one. I find the bend stretch and using a yoga ball to stretch the calf are most effective. Also walking a lot helped to slim down my calves and tighten them up :)

Lost half a centimeter in my left calf, and a full centimeter in my right! My left leg was always going to shrink less as I have a cartilage tare in my knee/water retention, and can't always put my leg 100% straight, but think I'll carry on to get them both down to 33cm, if not more :)

seppia I’d say muscle, as you can’t spot reduce fat. Though as the muscles work they will burn fat so, it’s a chicken and egg situation :) I also noticed more of a reduction in my thighs.

This was a serious killer of ur calves.... For more bulkier ones it takes time , but results are assured, I'm doing it since 2 months in my daily workout list and my calves were never thin like this before! Go for it 😋🤑it's worth it as emi wong mentions it's worth ur pain

Emi thanks so much its been really helping me deal with my life and trauma and when I watch your videos I am encouraged to exercise and it helps me release stress
I suggest for ppl who wants slim legs: do pamela thigh+calve workouts and THEN do this + emi slim legs stretch!! (it won’t work if you keep eating a lot, so make sure not to eat junk foods and not to eat when it’s not for breakfast/lunch/dinner, eat healthy and make sure to sweat! good luck)

I started doing this for a week and I somehow feel slightly changes in my calves.
This comment is for those who think it is only for reducing calf fat no guys it will also get your leg slim and longer and increase your hight. Hope you all are doing this exercise. Good job keep it up .😉
I’m a runner - and have just trained and completed a half marathon. Recently, Ive picked up running again (around 30mins a day) and noticed my calves have gotten bulkier - trying these stretches after my runs to see if they will slim down a bit!

Note: Really hard to measure cause I cant tell where the thickest part of my leg is

@@ashley...4846 it definitely makes my calves feel a lot more relaxed! I don’t do it as frequently as I should so progress isn’t as fast but it’s worked in relaxing my muscles 😊
