    i’m not even joking THIS LITERALLY WORKS.
    i have been doing this for what like a week? and i skipped like one day maybe two and i still see results. im going to keep on doing this for stronger results BUT YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE DEFINED COLLARBONES!!!!!

    In February i did this for like 2 months and the results were INSANE. I remember that at day 4 i started to see some changes and then 20 days later the difference was HUGE. I suddenly stopped doing this but results last up like 1 or 2 months more. I completely recommend this vid.

    It works, I have been doing it for a week and a half and I definitely see change. I'll come back after two weeks and give the results. Like this comment so that I remember.
    Update: it definitely works, I combined it with some other exercises and a caloric deficit! Good luck to everyone

    this workout has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my neck pains. i used to have pains on my neck so terrible i couldn’t even sleep, ever since i’ve been doing this workout 1-2 times a day i don’t even feel pain on my neck area, plus my collarbones are popping! definitely recommend to anyone as a stretch workout ❤

    Hello everyone! 👋 I've been doing this workout for 4 days now 1-2 times a day and so far, as of day 4, the bones are starting to show a little bit. It works!! Just got to wait 3 more days for it to be a week and then I'll let you guys know the results ❤
    COMPLETELY FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT IM BACK! Ok so results are that my collarbone is very much more visible and when i look in the mirror, i can see the bones and collarbone on my neck and chest. It worked guys and imma continue to do this daily when im bored.
    Ive never seen my bones this visible on my neck in the mirror ever ❤ tysm emi 😘

    Omg , mấy chị ơi tập liền bài này nha , em tập được 4 ngày kèm , 1 ngày 2 lần và kèm 1 bài cadio , tr ơi tập xong em thấy khác rõ rệt lun , vai em thô mới mỡ mà g em thấy gọn mà lưng cũng thẳng đẹp nữa , mặc áo ôm vô thấy xinh quá tr lun , lần đầu em mặc áo ôm lun á , mấy c cố lên nha , dễ tập xỉu lunn

    I've been doing this for 2 weeks now (I skipped 3-4 days) and to my surprise, it's working. I didn't take a picture before I started it bc I thought I wasn't skinny enough to see the difference, but I can say that my collarbones and shoulder blades got a little more visible! I really see the change. I'm also doing Chloe Ting's 2023 weight loss challenge (7 days so far).

      You are definitely right, back during my elementary and middle school years I was definitely not strong or even healthy enough. Then now I started to exercise during my Sophomore year and now I'm a Junior I've seen lots of improvement. It went small day by day but trust me it gets a whole lot better

      Remember honey, slow progress is better than no progress at all 😉 aren't you tired of giving up? Just give your self a thought "what if i don't give up?" what would happen ? 😊 we all struggle to get what we want ,its not that easy like your just cooking instant noodles , and never compare your chapter 2 to someone's chapter 20. You can do it believe in your self and give your self a reward by complementing your self that you did a great job and once a week eat something that makes you happy 😊 consistency is always a good weapon ❤

    Will be doing this everyday
    Day 1: ✅ My arms..
    Day 2: ✅ It's a little easier today :)
    Day 3: ✅ It's still a little hard.. but waaay easier
    Day 4: ✅ Very easy today. Though there was a slight burn in my arms
    Day 5: ✅ Easy today. Not a breeze but definitely not a challenge!
    Day 6: ✅
    Day 7: ✅
    Day 8: ✅ Was very refreshing today
    Day 9: ✅
    Day 10: ✅ (Doesn't really matter but I got my hair cut today and it feels soo good!)
    Day 11: ✅ It's not in any way painful anymore, but my shoulder is cracking a lot more often then normal? Meh.
    Day 12: ✅
    Day 13: ✅
    Day 14: ✅
    My start: slight shadow above collarbone (it was basically invisible)
    *My result* They are definitely more visible, the upper shadowis greater and there is slight shadow underneath and the colarbone is a little portruding, so it's a little lighter and we can see it! Overall I think this was pretty good the only problem was that my shoulders kinda hurt and cracked but I did do the exercises with a lot of force ("Squeeze those shoulderblades together")
    Note: If you're planning to do this don't do it as forcefully as you kight think you should, relax a little and do it twice a day. If you do it twice a day I'm sure you'll have greater results than I witnessed

      Its pretty impossible to lose 30kg in 2 months,but you can lose 10kg+ in 2-3 by doing the le ssefarim workout 2x a day,antifragile dance 3-4x a day or any dance and do it atleast 5-6x a day!i lost 4kg in 3 weeks just by dancing ( i did the dance 7x a day!) Also stretch every morning, drink 2L of water everyday,eat less sugar (only eat natural sugars like fruits and real honey), counting the calories before eating it,stay away from snacking and eat 3 healthy meals a day(dont do cheat days) if you plan on losing it FAST i really recommend burpees they made me lose belly fat pretty fast!

      Lyssa Draws i have a pretty strong bone structure so I wouldnt say my shoulders got any narrower! This workout helps much more with the neck and collarbone area, my shoulders are still wide and soft looking :)

      @Yuu i've had my mom check my posture during the exercises to make sure i was doing them right and it turned out that i wasn't at first. it really helped to have someone correct my movements and doing the excersises felt different as well once i got the posture right. before, i wasn't really feeling the burn where i was supposed to feel it, but then i did. perhaps that could help you, too? wishing you the best of luck on your fitness journey. 🧡

    This will probably gonna be buried in the comment section but I'm gonna say it anyway. Back in 6th grade in our science class, our topic was all abt bones and then we start talking abt collar bone. And then my teacher said to me that it will be probably hard to feel/find mine as a joke (well because I am chubby at that time, im still chubby btw huhu). I just laugh along lol but it actually hurt me a bit. When I said a bit it meant A LOT haha. (I STILL FREAKING REMEMBER IT AFTER 5 YEARS, YES IT HURT HURT LOL). Well maybe because I am starting to go into puberty at that time and it made me feel really insecure abt my weight and how I look.
    Now five years later I'm doing this hehe, it's been a month and ITS WORKING GUYS I RECOMMEND IT. A tip I can say is be consistent and be patient, IT WILL TAKE TIME UNTIL YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS YOU WANT SO HANG IN THERE. I guess all I wanted to say is don't ever let other people's words get to you because from my experience it made my self-esteem so low and made me really really insecure abt everything. I've never felt so confident in my body after I start working out a month ago. So if you wanna look and feel better, you have to work hard. Coz no you won't find a genie on a bottle and wish you'll lose weight or just wake up one day and then have a brand new body. It will take time, everything does so work hard and be patient.
