@@Bobba54girlhello, Im not her but, for seeing results you should be consistent and never stop doing it, it can take weeks or even months, in my case it took me a month when I did some facial yoga because I combine that with some exercise too, so it helped even more, I hope this helped to you and never give up💗

Day 1- felt a little burnt in lower part of my face
Day 2- it felt burnt today too
Day 3- did it, my jawline started to get visible
Day 4- I was feeling the tightness in my face skin, its the sign!!!🎉
Day 5- I did this before sleeping because of my busy schedule and now my parents are also saying that my face is becaming short and glowing, i can clearly see my jawlines

Just decided to do this everyday because I am so insecure about myself

UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH OF DOING THIS, I didn't put like the day 18: ✅/ ❌, because I didn''t feel like it. But now I'm updating once and for all. So it has now been a month, from the start i already had a very great jawline, a little bit slim face, but double chin. After this month of doing this, i've got an amazing jawline, a very slim face, a more thin and long neck, really slim face, just everything my face needs. I've also been doing 2-3 other exercises, and i will still keep doing them. To this day i'm so happy to have these results, my face is so beautiful, and i can definitely recommend doing this as a side exercise while doing a little an other exercise that might do a little bit more change. But either way, this exercise video definitely helped!

Hi! I'm trying this as someone who as always been self-conscious about their lack of jawline and round face. And at first I looked at this video and thought that it definitely wouldn't work. Looking at these comments, they have filled me with such hope and I'm so excited to try this out and see if it works!
Day 1: ✅ I felt that my face was really sore and massaging it was very relaxing!
Day 2: ✅ I don't see much of a difference but was very relaxing.

@@Arwyn_xoxo Most days I do it twice, morning and night. If I only do it once one day, I'll do it 3 times the next day. To help you can do other workouts or go for a walk or run, because losing weight in the whole body is the only way to lose fat. You cannot target weight loss. You can target muscle gain, though, which is what this is doing. Another factor that can help is a calorie deficit. Hope you go well! (The other info I gave you is just incase your trying to lose weight everywhere, like myself)

this is my 7th day of doing this once a day and my neck muscles are much more visible and my face is slimming down quite a bit! to everyone who is un sure if this works it really works so well and I encourage everyone to never give up and keep going until you reach your goals!!

July 11, Day 1 👍- Pretty easy! Made my fingers and arms get tired during the process, and the last one made me feel too weird. Almost nauseous lol.
July 12 Day 2 👍- Easy! Fingers and arms were fine this time, the last one also made me feel so weird that I kept on making weird faces but I held in.
July 13 Day 4 👍- Okay, this process has been very quick and easy! I almost did skip today because I only remembered when I was in bed, my eyes were closed, and I was ready for sleep. I looked to go on the video to maybe just do a couple but once I saw I had lots of people liking my comment and wanting to see my journey I pulled through and did it. So far, i’m not seeing muchhh results but I’ll look some more when I hit day 5.
July 14 Day 5 👍- OMG!!! Okay, so I took a picture after I did this exercise today and I pulled up a before picture and guysssss…. i’m starting to see a slight difference already!! I have had chubby cheeks my whole life and its been my #1 insecurity my whole life and seeing just the slightest difference is just so amazing to me. I see that my cheeks are slimmed down a little bit. It’s only to where I would notice, nobody else would be able to point it out. But, I also would have a double chin if I was smiling a certain way, but now I don’t really see it you know? And I always hated it because I’m a skinny person so it’s not like my diet is in the way, and people say it could be because of sodium but I think its just purely my genetics since I’ve always been a skinny person with chubbier cheeks and more of a face fat you know. And people wouldn’t notice it as much when I was younger, especially because if I was a kid its just a cute thing but now that I’m a teenager if I ask someone they just say “well yea but its cute!” So it ISSS noticeable. And I want to change that! So I’m so excited that theres just the littlest change. Like, idc if its cute! I’d be way more confident without it! Other people rock chubby cheeks and look amazing, but Idk about me.

The results of facial yoga take a long time. As a result, your face shape changes and this does not improve in 1 week. You can't lose facial fat in 1 week. People should not hope unnecessarily. Face yoga really takes patience and time

@@Maria_0911 i think nu but i think yes to, but in different people the results will be different n thats true, For me it can be fast, if you want to be fast the results you have to be in a calorie deficit, don't eat high fat food and also drink lots of water as well as other Mizi workout, that way the results will be fast for me. I've been doing this routine once a night for about 3 or 4 days now, along with intense cardio workouts and a healthy diet, I must say it's working magnificently! I've never had a chubby or round face, I may add, but I have definitely noticed differences!
Day 3: completed and slight difference but good.
Day 4: im actually feeling really good doing these exercises thanks Mizi. No difference though.
Day 5: just finished it im looking quite good... my chin has become thjn and small.

I have a BIG round face with no definition and A LOT of double chin, that I've ALWAYS had. But, my face has inflated even more since last few months and I really crave to have a defined face now. No diet changes, just this workout everyday and let's hope for the best!

DAY 1 ✅ Seemed easy, fast and relaxing. Did twice, after breakfast and before dinner.
DAY 2 ✅ My neck and jaw are very sore. But, I still did this workout before having breakfast.
DAY 3 ✅ The soreness has went away. I do feel like my cheeks have gone down a bit and my jaw is slightly tighter. Did twice after dinner.
DAY 4 ✅ Did twice before dinner.
DAY 5 ❌ Was too tired to do it.
DAY 6 ✅ Did in the morning before breakfast. So far, I’m not seeing my difference.
DAY 7 ✅Did twice.

RESULTS - Not seeing any results so far. So, I’m gonna do this facial workout for another week.

day 1- i did the exercise twice, ++ i did it at 3am cause i was bored and suddenly thinks the need to exercise ☠️
day 1 (still, but in the morning)- did it twice. i ate more protein today. loving the feeling after the exercise! makes me feel relaxed.
edit: i did the exercise twice again in the evening. and i noticed that my jaw has visible shape than before i started the exercise! i was monitoring my face by taking selfies after the exercise btw.
day 2- after waking up, did the exercise twice. idk, i can't identify the change but nonetheless we're gonna continue doing this!
did 2 sets in the evening along with a neck exercise. i get used to the exercise now! i’m starting to love doing this as my everyday routine 🤩
day 3- 2 sets done! ✅ will do so in the evening.
1 set in the evening, it was alr 1am and i’m so sleepy

day 7 to 9- of course i still did it everyday as my routine. but i just got lazy for updating. for day9 i could really see a big difference, like legit! my double chin isn’t showing! it’s literally gone! i’m very happy with the results, thank you sm for this exercise. i usually do 2 sets/day. and my face got small too, jawlines showing up. i feel confident now that i don’t have a double chin anymore. like this to make me remember to update tomorrow 😔✨🫵🏻
day 10 - 2 sets done! idk but i feel like the exercise costs me a long period of time ( did u get it? ) 😭 anyway, i loved the results. if i feel satisfied of the shape of my face, maybe i’d do the exercise for 1 set/day only ;))).
day 11 to 14 - i am so lazy to update hahahah. but anyways i still do it everyday tho, and yep my face was keeping its shape everyday. still do 2 sets of the exercise.
day 15 to 17 - still doing 2 sets but i did 3 sets at d15. i still had a double chin but it isn't that visible in front, side view only. but i can see that it shrinks, our classes will start in a few days! but i will still do this exercise as my everyday routine (ㆁωㆁ)

Sorry for not updating! It's been a few days and my face is SO much slimmer, my jawline is more visible and my double chin is basically non existent. I also found that my nose, eyes, and lips looked more proportionate to my face and overall suited me better.(before doing this I was DESPARATE for a nose job) Thank you so much to Mizi because this actually worked wonders. I won't do it as often as I was but I will defiantly come back to it as it takes a lot of tension out of the face. This is one of the best facial workouts ever.
It makes your skin look better too. I have been doing this for 2 weeks and my coworkers told me today that I somehow look healthier than before. I guess my blood started flowing and brought back the color to my cheeks 😚
