I been doing since 2 weeks and i swear my arm are visibly toned and slim . First it got noticed by my family. It is working and i am going to continue it like this. In 5 years after so much struggle, this is first time that my arms are toned and slim . I do it every day! I am so happy!

I did the full workout with only one break half way through, and this made me realize how strong my arms are!!! I barely feel anything from this, and could’ve gone all the way without a break. Thank you!!! :,)

Love this workout!! The flow of the exercises never caused my arms to burn and the results are amazing 😁 It also helped loosen up my left rotator cuff, which has been messed up for over a year now🎉
just two weeks of doing this and WOW...I'm not even kidding. a lot of my arm fat was just gone. my collarbones are also well defined now...still trying to get rid of some stubborn armpit fat but I'm getting there. I'm not even on a special diet...JUST WOW!!!

today is the third day that I'm doing this exercise, from yesterday I saw a significant change in my arm, I have to mention that I added these to my regular workouts.
Tried this first time today. I never thought I would feel the burn with this workout since it has no weights but it's NOT! It is really far different when you are actually doing it than just watching it. Very helpful. Thank you!
I just completed the workout for the 1st time.. I will say I thought it would be too easy cause I've always heard everyone say weights are the way to go but I tend to get discouraged when I cant compelte a set with weights so I decided to try without weights and work my way up to it. My arms were burning during this workout and will definitely become a daily addition to my workout. I could definitely see this making a difference with consistency.
the applause at the end made me feel so proud of myself hahaha, the circles were the hardest part. had to take a little break here and there but I feel fulfilled and it went by so much faster than I expected due to the variety of exercises. thank you for this video!! (hoping I can keep up with this for at least a week)

Im in recovery period from my ACL injecctury , the surgency was 5 days ago and now im at home and was trying your workout for the very first time, but i like it very much, because im doing from my bed. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! not only does it burn but it also doesn’t overly tire me out that i need to take multiple breaks. granted i did a nina dapper workout for like two weeks but that only made my arms stronger not slimmer. i feel like this workout is the holy grail. i did this for the first time today, i’ll update if i see changes. if i don’t see any changes i might update with what happened to my arms other than getting slimmer, maybe they just got stronger idk but i have high hopes for this. try this workout guys it might just work

I have my regular workout while watching a different trainer and i felt that i needed an upgrade so i switched to this routine and never expected that it is really intense and i guess, i found what I needed. Haha

Hey guys so I'm going to try to be doing this every day! Here we go: Day 1: DEFINITELY BURNED! Already two mins in and my arms are dead, but I kept going lol Day 2: Man, did that burn. But it got a little bit better and I'm starting to notice a change in my arms. Day 3: I can definitely see a change in my arms. It still burned just a bit tho Day 4: it still burns but it's a lot more slimmer.

I been doing this for 6 days now Day one:The burn is crazy I had to put my arms down 😂 2:no progress burns still 3:a little less wobbly and stuff 😂 Day 4:pretty much the same delt with the burn from now Day 5:yea it has a slight difference Day 6: finishes! Day 7:It definitely has slight changes

I'm trying this for a whole 1 week to see if anything changes. Starting this workout today and will update y'all on how it goes for me. Day 1: ✅ I took one break mid-workout and felt a good burn. My hands are shaking, but I hope it gets better. Day 2: ✅ Not much to update today. My hands were still aching from yesterday's workout, so today was a bit challenging, but I managed to push through Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ I don't really see any visible changes but i lost 2 cm from my arms. 🥰 Day 6: took a break today Day 7: ✅ I can see some progress as I took just 1 break Day 8: ✅ I could complete this workout without any break today 🥳 so happy 🤩 Day 9: couldn’t do it today 😢

Also quick update with weight wise: 4/30 - 177.14 to 5/02 - 174.82 so fricking proud and feeling amazing!! Day 5: ✔Visited family and told me my face looks slimmer and that I lost some weight, love this!! Day 6: ✔Got told I look like I'm losing weight from someone who seen me last month ^^ feels great!! Day 8: ✔ Weighed on Day 8: In the morning I hit 172.4 which marks losing 8 lbs from 04/01 (yes ik wasn't around the beginning of all this but still lost quite a bit) this is amazing to me! its a 11pm but i just did this again (day 2) and i definetly still took some breaks but i could definetly feel a burn in my shoulders which made me break a few times but overall im doing good with this workout day 3: i did this in the afternoon (2pm) and today i didn't feel the burn as much as i did yesterday and the day before but you can definetly still feel the burn on the shoulders

Day one:The burn is crazy I had to put my arms down 😂
2:no progress burns still
3:a little less wobbly and stuff 😂
Day 4:pretty much the same delt with the burn from now
Day 5:yea it has a slight difference
Day 6: finishes!
Day 7:It definitely has slight changes
I would recommend to do this workout for about 2 weeks or even more if you want to challenge yourself!

Day1:✅️ I feel the burn🔥🔥 🔥I had so many breaks though 😢
Day2✅️: I had a long day, but I had to do this before bed.
I still felt the BURN
Day3✅️: This time, I did my best to try and take fewer breaks, though my arms were on fire 🔥 but I love the burn!!
Day4✅️:I had a really long day but I couldn't sleep without doing this. So this time, I forced myself to take no breaks, but I took 2 to 3 breaks. The burn was still there🔥
Day5✅️: Took no breaks, Still felt the burn🔥
Day6✅️:still took no breaks though the burn wasn't as before but it was still there
Day7✅️: felt the burn but did it twice

Day 1: ✅ I took one break mid-workout and felt a good burn. My hands are shaking, but I hope it gets better.
Day 2: ✅ Not much to update today. My hands were still aching from yesterday's workout, so today was a bit challenging, but I managed to push through

Day 4: ✅
Day 5: ✅ I don't really see any visible changes but i lost 2 cm from my arms. 🥰
Day 6: took a break today
Day 7: ✅ I can see some progress as I took just 1 break
Day 8: ✅ I could complete this workout without any break today 🥳 so happy 🤩

1st day: 3 breaks, it burned a lot.
2nd day: 1 break, it burned on the shoulders but it was easier
3rd day: no breaks!! it still burns on the shoulders but I did it, good luck on everyone's fitness journey, I wish the best for all of us

Day 4: ✔ Doing it twice today. Also quick update with weight wise: 4/30 - 177.14 to 5/02 - 174.82 so fricking proud and feeling amazing!!
Day 5: ✔Visited family and told me my face looks slimmer and that I lost some weight, love this!!
Day 6: ✔Got told I look like I'm losing weight from someone who seen me last month ^^ feels great!!
Day 7: Rest Day.
Day 8: ✔
Weighed on Day 8: In the morning I hit 172.4 which marks losing 8 lbs from 04/01 (yes ik wasn't around the beginning of all this but still lost quite a bit) this is amazing to me!

Day 10: ✔ My arms has muscles and looks really good really loving this!

This is the 1 day doing this I really felt the pain and the burn it was a fun and a good workout hope get a good result

its a 11pm but i just did this again (day 2) and i definetly still took some breaks but i could definetly feel a burn in my shoulders which made me break a few times but overall im doing good with this workout
day 3: i did this in the afternoon (2pm) and today i didn't feel the burn as much as i did yesterday and the day before but you can definetly still feel the burn on the shoulders
