Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: *IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS* (like my comment so people can see this important information).

ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!

This is insane! I did this workout for two weeks and it really worked!! I finally have a toned jawline and my face is also less puffy! So if you have doubts for this workout, don‘t, just be consistent for a week. You can already see differences after one week! This is amazing!!

I did this a few days ago and the progress is great
Day 1 - i felt refreshed but i didn't see much progress
Day 2 - my face felt great i could see small differences
Day 3 - i felt refreshed and i could see lots of progress
Day 4 - i could 100% see a big difference, i'm so so happy u need to do this
Day 5 - day 5 was easy, i only could do half of it as i had to go somewhere, but after i still could see difference
Day 6 - today was good, i felt my face had been lifted and i felt very refreshed, and ill keep doing this!

I just did the whole exercise and It really feels different from first time doing it ur face will be more tightly back + chin is a little bit showing 🤩
I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles.

i didn't keep track of each day but I definitely see the improvement of my face and especially my jaw. additionally, what I observe in myself is this also helps me emotionally and mentally in seeing my face in a beautiful light. it is really not bad or ugly. it's fine, it is pretty enough either doing this workout or not.

First two weeks:
At first nothing happened, my face muscles just hurt a bit. A week in I noticed my cheeks were smaller so kept at it. At the second week the exercise that was giving me trouble (thumbs under the chin and message upwards) was going smooth as butter. My Face is a bit slimmer now but more importantly more define. I'll Keep at it.

Today I've been doing these daily for a month.
I think it's really noticeable now. My face is slimmer with more definition around the jawline. Double chin is still a work in progress but I think it's slowly working.

Last update. My cheeks slimmed down and I get the impression my whole face lifted up a bit. Jawline is notable now which is impressive considering I have a round face.
My second chin is still there sadly. Reduced and more tight if that makes any sense but still refusing to leave.
These are now part of my daily routine so will keep at it but this is my last update.
Results:- Slimmer cheeks, sharper jawline and lifted face. Reduced double chin but not by much.

@@corinne8560 I think the biggest change for me was the cheeks and the jawline. I have a round face so it's all cheeks, they really slimmed down since I started in December. I was hopping my second chin would be fixed but I guess 10 minutes won't fix what 20 years of slacking have done. Still doing those daily and I do think they work just slowly not like the miraculous changes the comments are making them seem to be.

Day 5: I did the exercise once, and my jaw didn't hurt as much today. My face looks slimmer (including the chin), but I also want to mention that I've been focusing on my diet along with exercise-cutting down on sugar, eating less junk, and drinking a lot of water.
Day 6: I did it once today. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but trust me, my face fat has reduced significantly. My chin has also improved. I love the exercise and plan to increase the quantity.

I do the both 7 minute and this one right after I do my arm workout from this channel, honestly the face ones are relaxing and I see improvement of the arms too, it’s been about 2 days of doing both and I’ll update on the result!

I definitely saw some improvement it definitely got ride of nearly all of my double chin after a week unfortunately I couldn’t continue because I was staying somewhere and I couldn’t do it but after a week it got rid of nearly all of my double chin, god my side profile looking right for school!

It's been 3 days since I'm doing this exercise. I must say it really works.
Im 21 and my face has been looking like old lately due to face fat. So i decided to do this facial exercise. It's been 3 days and I'm already seeing a result. My face fat has been reduced and my jawline is more visible now.

I have a round big face and very chubby cheeks. I am going to do this every day and write the observations.
DAY 1 - I am not sure if I really see a change. Although my back hurts a little since you have to keep it straight while doing these exercises.
DAY 2 - My chin looks a little defined (not much). Other than that I don't really see any changes. Also my back didn't hurt much today.
Natalie gave me the courage to be proud of my chin!

🌸Day 1 : (firstly I have a routine where I cut off all junk food in my diet and eat my first meal at 12pm and my last meal at 6pm. In between I drink lots of water and if I do get hungry small healthy snacks are acceptable). secondly my jaw hurts just a tad bit and my face looks less puffy🌸
🩵Day2: to keep it short and simple I’ve noticed this exercise helps with the bloating in my face 🩵
🌸Day3 : did this when I woke up and ive noticed a slight difference!!!🌸
🩵Day4: I noticed a huge difference, my face looks slimmer now definitely gonna continue this🩵

I just did this exercise for the first time. My face feels tingly but in a good way. I'm going to try and do this for at least a week, if I see a bit of a difference I'm going to continue doing it... hopefully this works

Over the past few years i have been so insecure with my big face and puffy cheeks. This video was a lifesaver! I have been doing this on a daily basis for a week now and i can already see so many results! My face is less puffy, less big and less round. My jawline is sharper! I was naturally born with chubby cheeks and I remember around 3 years ago I was cursing my mother because she gave those features, even though she always called my face beautiful. I feel my brother has a major role in this insecurity because he always asks why my face is fat and I asked my mom if my face actually was and she denied and said girls in Korea get plastic surgery to get my face shape but I don’t believe a single word she said. My brother also said I was fat because of my cheeks just today and now I just feel shattered because I was doing chubby cheek exercises and listening to subliminals all night long for 3 days straight to just get a slim face..
Though, I know if I give up now I’ll never see the day I get my results so I’ll keep trying❤️❤️

So I’m not sure if it takes longer for others but I’m 17 that weighs 150 and have been doing this for 7 days and I haven’t really seen a big improvement but I’d say around 7% of 100 I can say this will take a least a while to have the shape in but u gotta start somewhere weigh loss ain’t easy
I’ve been started doing this for more than one month and it actually works!!! My face is getting smaller and smaller, especially the jawline has been appearing so clearly
