This is the best back workout i have done.
All of the back workout i have found were without rotations only a little arm movements and were not effective.

I did several upper body shaping videos. I can really see a difference. I have been doing them for about two months. I plan to do more of the ab videos. I am working myself up to planks. Thanks for the wonderful videos.

You did this with or without weights? I started today and I want to keep doing it everyday for 2weeks to see a results
@@nollaz2270 I think for beginners you can start without weight and as you start getting used to these exercises with the duration you can add weight in volume to challenge your muscles. Hope it helps ^-^
