    Hi Mizi this work out is very tiring but also worth it. I never go to the gym and I do exercise at home via these vlogs and really appreciate them.     Mizi I love your workouts I just did my first full week after long long time doing nothing and I discover new pain everyday but your workouts are low impact and make me wanna exercises without fear and Motivated!
