    Emi’s leg stretches are always the best!!! So many fitness influencers just do quick 5 min stretches but that’s not enough in my opinion

    i love emi's workout because she has videos for each of people's needs (apartment friendly, beginner friendly, etc.) her workouts are easy yet very effective! she's also calm and doesn't scream at you which can make some people nervous & not want to finish the workout. i was doing her workouts for a little bit but then i fell off track for a couple months so i am trying to get back on track & stay on track with it now!

    Okayy so I'm gonna try this for a week and I'll continue till i reach my goal.
    I'll suggest that only doing streches won't make your legs slim try to do walking atleast for an hour everyday. Walking burns more calories.
    do jumps yoga and stuff.

      If your legs are sore that’s great! That just means it’s working. Try eating protein foods. If your legs are sore that means your muscles are tearing and you have to fill it up with the foods you eat. Eating protein will help you build muscle.

    Day 1: ✅ my legs were sore
    Day 2: ✅ the exercises were easier to do
    Day 3:✅ I felt really good
    Day 4:✅ felt the same
    Day 5:✅ my legs felt taller
    Day 6:✅ I felt the same
    Day 7: ✅ I didn’t feel a difference
    Day 8:✅ i felt taller
    Day 9: ✅ I felt good
    Day 10: ✅ it was okay
    I’m only gonna do it for 10 days once their all done I’ll come back for the results
    Results: so this one is good and helpful but I found a better one so I will be doing that one if you go on the video you can see my comment but this one was mid it could be better.
